We hired Attic Express for attic cleaning and rodent proofing. They did an amazing job and we are very happy with how the attic looks like after their work.
Their initial inspection was very through and sharing before and after pictures was very helpful. Marco was very responsive and on top of the project from beginning to the end. We still have afew follow up appointments with them to check the rodent proofing service so I can’t comment on that part yet. But overall highly recommended and we will for sure hire them again in the future.

We had a terrible rat issue in which they got into the poison in the basement and died in our air ducts.Had another company come out and seal everything but they offered to suction out the rats but couldn't guarantee it would work and it would be $2000!

I tried 6 other companies and no one could help without replacing the whole duct. Marco came by and did an assessment and offered to remove the dead rats and sanitize all of our air ducts with a guarantee for a fraction of the other price. He was very friendly.

They did great work and put everything back just as it was. They sent before and after pics of air ducts and rats removed. So happy we can now use our heater again and not have to deal with that terrible stench anymore! Highly recommend this company!

I would recommend Marco and his team to anyone! I reached out to multiple vendors on yelp to assist with getting the vapor barrier in my crawl space replaced and he responded within minutes and was able to come over same day to do a free inspection of the crawl space, including pictures, to show what the crawl space actually looked like. Additionally, he was able to assist with replacing my dryer vent and fireproofing my water heater vent into the attic. Lastly, he even inspected my attic and showed pictures of rodent damage and improper installation of the insulation.

From there, Marco and his team were able to fix everything to where both my crawl space and attic are fully rodent proofed, vapor barrier installed, and insulation installed with fireproofing of my light fixtures in addition to replacing my dryer vent and fire proofing my water heater.

Marco took great care of my home to ensure everything is in the best condition and takes pride in his work. He's extremely responsive to any questions and help needed and he and his team even come back to check and ensure no rodents have gotten into the attic or crawl space after their work is complete.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Attics Express for some much-needed insulation installation and rodent proofing in my attic, and I cannot sing their praises enough!

From the very beginning, Marco, the owner, demonstrated extraordinary professionalism and dedication. He personally came out to my home to conduct the inspection and provide a quote. The thoroughness of his work left me thoroughly impressed; he meticulously took numerous photos of the attic, roof, and exterior of the house, ensuring no stone was left unturned. Marco identified the problem areas immediately and presented me with two options: just rodent proofing, or rodent proofing along with replacing the old insulation. His pricing was very competitive, and I decided to go with the complete package.

Having previously used another rodent proofing company only three years ago with less-than-satisfactory results, I was hesitant but hopeful this time around. The other company didn't fully resolve my rodent issues, and as a result, the rats caused serious damage. My advice to anyone facing similar problems: tackle rodent issues early with professional assistance—it’ll save you a lot of money and headaches in the long run.

Three days after Marco's inspection, the Attics Express team arrived, including Marco himself. They performed phenomenally, covering all the areas with protective wraps to prevent dirt from contaminating my house. They arrived punctually at 8 AM and worked tirelessly until 5:30 PM, catching two rats along the way and removing the old insulation. They left my attic spotless and professionally installed brand-new insulation.

The team also addressed all possible entry points by installing steel mesh to block any further break-ins, showing great attention to detail. On top of their excellent service, Marco went above and beyond by offering to dispose of all the garbage I had previously removed from the attic, which filled an entire truck.

Upon further inspection, Marco discovered that the rats had inflicted serious damage on my air ducts within the crawl space. Though this would be another considerable expense to replace, Marco kindly offered to temporarily patch them with duct tape to buy me some time until I have the funds to properly fix them. This speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Attics Express was absolutely wonderful from the first call to schedule an estimate till they waved good-bye once the job was complete. The team showed up on time, wore booties, and completed the job way before I expected them to be done. And then they thoroughly inspected the inside of the house to ensure all the recess lighting and any other ceiling fixtures were in good shape and working.
