These folks have handled our plumbing needs since we built our house five years ago (2012) They are personable, professional, quick, and very reasonable. It’s *always good to know you have reliable, trustworthy - and again quick -resources behind your home needs!

My water heater was in need of repair. Ted made the whole process very smooth for me which I appreciate. One less thing to worry about now during Covid. Reasonably priced compared to some others around town and finished timely too. Thanks again!

On Saturday afternoon I called them and texted them that I need help with my tankless water heater and no hot water supply. I was told that someone will reach me in the morning next business day. The lady over phone collected my name and number. I texted them as well with a video if they can identify the problem. I totally understand that no-one is available on weekend, but I have never received a call back on weekdays either.

Very reliable company, great service. Ted Amor is a true professional, he did a thorough job installing the new water heater. Very pleased.

Highly recommend Jerry, I had an AOL recall water heater. He did the job very professionally. I also asked and paid for a metal drainage valve instead of the plastic one on a heater. The metal one has a lever instead of a faucet to unscrew so I could clean out the sediment more often. No more banging water heater that shortens the life of the water heater, I can maintain it for a longer water heater life. He brought it assembled and ready to slip in; He showed me how to keep the water heater sediment-free! It also came with a screw on cap so if the lever ever failed, the water still wouldn't escape. The work was perfection. If I ever have a water heater problem, these plumbers are the ones I'd call again.

Zero stars. I got referred to this company because my water heater is still under warranty, trust me DO NOT go with this company it is not worth it! Their service was horrible and I felt completely violated, the office manager Tonya, was aggressive, rude, and demeaning. You don't have to take my word for it, look at her responses to others on their yelp page, she never has the "customer is right" attitude and always points the finger in a mocking way.

I had made an appointment for a Friday and they never arrived, called several times that day with no return calls. When I finally got ahold of Tonya on Saturday she said I was informed that my appointment was cancelled Friday and would not provide proof of this and refused to acknowledge their mistake. On top of this there were several issues that we were left with when they were done. Tonya claimed they were extremely busy and would not return my urgent calls for days on end.

With all that being said about Tonya, I would like to say when Ted came out to our home he was knowledgeable and nice but he left us with more problems, for example he didn't tighten a valve under our sink properly causing it to leak endlessly and causing damage. Tonya refused to hear us out about it, instead she started yelling at us. People make mistakes, even professional plumbers but this company will not acknowledge their mistakes.

I also believe Amor Plumbing ILLEGALLY recorded my calls without my knowledge, Tonya frequently said over the phone and over text that she has recordings of some of my calls, I believe I was never informed the call would be recorded. CIPA regulations require businesses to ask for consent before they monitor a call, as well as recording it. They are violating the California Invasion of Privacy Act, I tried to reach out a while back to discuss this in a professional manor but they will not respond.

Very pleased with the service from Amor Plumbing! They helped me get my old water heater replaced with a new tankless water heater and explained the entire process in detail. Extremely happy with their professionalism. Highly recommend this company.

Has been waiting for 2 days to confirm an appointment. The response time is unreasonable long. The phone number listed on Google page is their customer service not the actual office.

I had a new water heater installed which turned out to be be defective. I contacted Amor plumber since they are the service provider for the manufacturer. Their response time was swift. They wanted to send someone the same day we called and we had to push to the next day. Their technician showed up 30 min ahead of schedule. He was very methodical and patient trying to diagnose the problem. He also kept consulting with some of the senior folks in the back office to make sure the right thing is done. What I really like the most is that they really came prepared with all the parts that they thought they would need. Even more, when it turned out there is one part that was missing, the office sent someone with the part right away so that the job gets down right there. I have been living in the Bay Area for 31 years. This is the best plumber service I have ever had.

I am so grateful for the incredibly professional, kind and reasonably priced service Amor Plumbing did for us. Our Noritz tankless heater needed to have the mixing valve replaced. We had an issue with UPS not delivering the spare part in time. The Amor team were patient and rescheduled us twice to make sure the part arrives on time. Then, Ted came to our house, performed extensive maintenance and replaced the valve. He went above and beyond the job description and made us feel very confident that he's checked every single filter, valve and sensor on our heater. I couldn't give a warmer recommendation!

The new AO smith water heater from Lowes was making buzz/humming noise everytime the main burner was on. The noise would go away after a few seconds to less tahn a minute. Contacted AO smith and they gave me a reference number to call local service provider. I called Amor plumbing and Tonya made a quick appointment for Ted to come. The noise was an known issue and got it fixed in less than 30 min. Ted is very expererienced and knowledgeable, and highly recommended.

I bought a water heater from Lowe’s and they scheduled Amir Plumbing to install it for me. The whole process went very smoothly.

Tonya help scheduled the installation in a proactive manner. The information needed by them was communicated clearly, no hidden fee was charged .

Ted came by and provided a professional installation service. All I needed to do was just open my garage door and signed documents at the end. Everything was nice and neat. Besides, Ted patiently explained configuration of the heater to me and offered me a free demonstration of how to perform the annually maintenance this time next year.

We had multiple problems with our new heat pump hybrid water heater. The manufacturer (Rheem) made multiple attempts to diagnose it and failed. They had Amor Plumbing come out to evaluate it.

Amor Plumbing took great care of my grandparents’ water heater. It started leaking and they were worried about the cost for the replacement water heater. I came here thru the Noritz website to have them check out a performance problem. They are the real deal with a demonstrated aptitude about the manufacturer validated by their partner badge having been Noritz certified and trained. Not just a simple service partner.

Ted was professional and intelligent when talking to the system. And delivered more than expected, seeking out PG&E to look at my gas feed for the unit (making the call for me as well to get same day service and gas flow adjustments). And explained the system of how a tankless works before checking all points of use that can affect outputs.
