The pilot light for our new natural gas water heater was difficult to light and not staying on for much more than a day. After troubleshooting with the vendor Tech Support they eventually referred us to Amor Plumbing Friday afternoon 8/15. On Saturday 8/16 morning, Ted, Technician from Amor Plumbing, came out to further troubleshoot our new water heater. Ted was punctual, very knowledgeable and experienced. He quickly evaluated that there weren't any installation problems and based upon our operation descriptions he tested the gas valve controller; verified incoming gas pressure within tolerances while under different operating conditions, thermopile voltages at ambient and heated conditions, for sufficient air content for combustion and performed gas leak detection. He concluded the issue was with the valve controller, thoroughly explained his conclusions and replaced the controller along with thermopile/pilot light assembly and inspected the burner.
There weren't any more issues with valve controller and pilot light light going out after the service! For any future water heater problems at our homes, I will call Amor Plumbing and ask for Ted.

In the middle of winter our hot water heater decided it didn't get enough attention and stopped working. Our unit controls the hot water and the heater. Needless to say, we were in a tough spot. The part to fix the problem? Out of stock everywhere. Not only did Tanya at Amor get the part ordered and sent overnight, they scheduled us a fantastic tech, Ted, that day. Hot water heater is happy, cold family is warm. I can't say enough about the service of Amor. 10 stars if they offered it!

Brian is the person who did replaced my water heater and took water heater money for warranty replacement. Tried calling Brian from last 7-8months to refund my money, still no response. Avoid this plumbing company for any service.

Owen personally answers the phone and gets a feel for the urgency of your situation. For me, my house was closing in 2 days and the fix was urgent. Even though he was swamped, he had a very knowledgeable service man (Robert) there in 3 hours and he took care of my problem. Customer service, knowledgeable employees, very competitive price.

Outside faucet pipe burst, creating a geyser which necessitated a water shutoff and also disabled one toilet. They responded quickly, and skillfully replaced an old plastic pipe faucet system with a gleaming new copper pipe system with two faucets. They worked quickly and were very friendly. I will happily recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

Two days before this Thanksgiving I noticed my water main valve leaking pretty bad. Without a fix I have to turn off the water and we would not have dinner or shower at home. Trying to call various plumbing services either got answering machine or got appointments for the next day and some even charges a service fee for an estimate. Until I called Mr Mohsin. You know immediately someone is motivated and cared about his business. He told me that he will swing by in the afternoon. And thanks god he did. Mr Mohsin and his crew had replaced my main water valve and associated PVC and copper pipes. I am an electrical engineer and I can tell if someone doing a good solder/glue work or not. I am satisfied with his work plus his guaranteed of the workmanship for 12 Month gives me piece of mind. and above all I find his price reasonable. I will definitely call him first if I need service in the future.

Majid did a fantastic job at our new house for water softener system pulse RO filter system. Everything was done professionally. He's nice to talk to and very responsive in communication. I have used his service in 2 properties and everything was great.

Mo, Majid and their team did an excellent job after we discovered a leak at our house. The replaced all the old lines with new ABS plastic pipes. They also installed a laundry sink and a new garbage disposal. We are extremely happy with their service. They were very courteous and completed the work quickly and efficiently. they came out within 45 minutes of my call, gave me a quote, and went to get parts. They returned about an hour later and completed the job in 50 minutes. They did a wonderful job that was well below the cost of other companies who are much bigger. Cannot recommend them enough.

I bought my water softener system from HD and found Majid online. He was very quick to respond and walked me through all the steps to get my water softener installed. He was able to schedule something for me within 3 days of initial contact and came on time.

Unfortunately, after a month I experienced a leak in the system (Aquasure was able to send me a new part due to the faulty part) and again Majid was able to come by and get that reinstalled (additional fee since this wasn't covered in Majid's installation).

Overall, Majid is very clear and upfront and stands by his work and I would recommend him to anyone.

Majid and his crew did a really good job on installing an outdoor tankless water heater with water softener. I am extremely satisfied with their work, and highly recommend them to anybody who is looking to get work done by them. They are very professional and are true to their word in that the do the work how it was agreed to be done.

Majid and his help did an excellent job on a re=pipe and water heater on my mom's old 1964 mobile home. He was very quick to respond to my call, did an awesome job, fast, and even cleaned up well, you couldn't even tell he was there. This was an all day job and he was very pleasant and he worked non stop. Great prices too! I very much recommend Active Plumbing and will for sure use them for all my Plumbing needs!! Everything is working perfectly and mom is very happy!

Great experience with these guys. Kept me informed when they were a little late and easy to work with. They did a very difficult job involving cutting thru stucco to get to the leaking pipes and then patching it back up again as if it was no big deal. Happy with the work!
