He serviced a recall on our water heater. I was given 3 companies to call and they were the first to recall back with an appointment.

Had a water heater replaced under warranty and they were efficient and did a great job.

Completely irresponsible and not untrustworthy. Surprised they are still in business. No show and no follow up for an appointment. Called multiple times. Not even able to track the record. Same BS answer that they would call back, then nothing happened.

My home warranty recommend this company since water heater was still under warranty and I contact them made a appointment with their answering service and been a week no one ever called or show up! Very unprofessional and unreliable company!

Referred to this company by my water heater's manufactural warranty, tried to call 5 times and every time they just record my name and number and told me they will call back to make the appointment, which never happened. I tried to call again to check why I never received a call back and they just hang me up, which is rude and un-professional.
