Red Tulip was awesome. I spoke to someone right away who came out to service my drains within a couple of hours. He came with another technician and they carefully and throughly snaked two drains after I explained the issues I was having. They made sure to explain what they were doing and talked about more permanent solutions to my 1954 plumbing to do down the line. So glad I found this business that services the Fremont Area. I would highly recommend.

Fast and great service. We have work with him twice so far for 2 separate issues. First issue was resolve with no reappearance. Second issue were an emergency call on Sunday and he came and fix the problem in reasonable time. Definitely will be working with him for future services and I do recommend him.

Update: To replace a simple faucet in my backyard, I hired a handyman. Handyman messed it up(water was leaking after he changed faucet) but again Ray came to the rescue. Ray stopped by with in an hour on a sunday and fixed the faucet.

I hired Ray for the inspection of the plumbing in my house. He checked for corrosion at fittings and valves, and stains on the bottoms of cabinets to make sure no signs of a leak. He Made sure supply line valves can be turned off and back on and didn’t have a leak when activated. He made sure drainage pipes are solid and looked for leaks at the joints and bottom of the trap he also educated me a lot and whatever was defective he replaced it. Thank you very much for the wonderful service and knowledge you’re sharing .. my to-go plumber.

I have so many great things to say about Ray! First off, I had to shut off my water, so I really needed him to come over today, and he was here within 2 hours (every other plumber said 2 days).

I had been replacing the valves under my kitchen sink, but the pipe was so rusted that it broke off, leaving part still in the wall. Ray had the right tool to get that broken pipe out, then he installed the new 'nipple' pipe and the valves that I already had.

It only took him maybe 20 minutes, probably a very small job for him, but it was so very important to me! He was very friendly, did the job easily and quickly, and cleaned up perfectly after the job was done.

If I could, I would give Ray 7 stars, but 5 was the most I could give. If you have any plumbing problems, Ray and Red Tulip Plumbing are the ones to call first!!
