The technicians fixed my plumbing fast and they were very thoughtful and considerate that tried to maintain my fixing area clean and they even cleaned up after done. I asked them to change my shower head and they changed it for free. That was a very nice gesture of them. I highly recommend them to people around me.

Ray did an outstanding job for us making repairs in our laundry room and kitchen. It was very easy to make an appointment; he arrived in the 2 hour window of time he had given me and called 10 minutes in advance. He was professional and efficient. Highly recommend!

I had a badly clogged kitchen sink that I was unable to clear myself. I had made an appointment with a well known "Rescue" company for 12-2pm. They called once to tell me it would be 2-4 instead. Then at 3:30 they called to tell me they couldn't make it until the next day. I was furious and cancelled.
I got in touch with Ray at Red Tulip and he was willing to come at the end of the day. He arrived when he said he would, and even though it was a difficult clog to clear, he stuck with it and got it done. He was friendly, polite, and professional. He really values his customers and gets the job done for a fair price and on time. What more can you ask for? I can't recommend him highly enough!

I am really glad that I chose Ray for the recent work that was needed to get done. We had a small leak which the water department had asked us to fix. Ray was very quick and proficient in giving an estimate just by looking at few pictures that I sent him on his phone. They came in next day with all the desired equipments and completed the work well within the time. Since it took them a bit less time than originally quoted, he even charged less from the original quote. I am very happy with the service and will definitely call them when needed in future.

We live in a very old condo that has pipes from other units running on all the walls.
