My water heater leaked 2 days ago so I sent a request for a quote. I received more than a couple of responses but Sarfraz (he’s the owner) was quick and precise. He responded with a complete information of his recommendation with an unbeatable price. I booked an appointment, he came on time the following day. He checked the broken water heater and found that the connections were soldered, which means it’s gonna be harder to remove the old line to replace it with the new one. He was very thorough with his explanation of the process/work and things that my husband and I needed to know. He did an excellent job! He even placed a support (which the old one did not have) for free. I highly recommend Sarfraz of Durrani Plumbing! He deserves more than 5 stars!!!

Honest, instant, and reasonable --- that's how I would characterize the service provided by Durrani Plumbing. We had an emergency plumnbing issue over the weekend which needed immediate attention as our water main had to be shut off.

We reached out to Sarfaraz. He looked at the video recording of the issue and gave us a very reasonable quote (we reached to other services who were asking for exorbitant prices due to our predicament on a weekend.)

Sarfaraz gave us specific appointment schedule, arrived on time, and quickly fixed the issue. He was kind enough to explain the vulnerabilities with our landscaping irrigation setup (which we inherited from the previous owner) and suggested possible improvements.

During the final invoice preparation, he actually charged us less than what he initially asked as he the job was simpler than he anticipated. We really appreciate his honesty.

All in all, we are very satisfied with the service and overall experience.

Durrani replaced my water heater on a last minute call. It was after 5pm when he came over when my family and I havent had hot water for 4 days. Durrani is an excellent technician who saved my family and I from havent a brand new water heater running and installed with in 5 hours of calling him for his services. He went to home depot pick up the parts and then came over and swap out my old water heater with the new one. I high recommend his services. He is polite, has great communication, and does excellent work.

Durrani is a 1 man shop at the time of this review. He does the usual plumbing jobs and a lot of water heater replacements. I appreciate his transparency in pricing and service starting with first phone contact. A tip: if the shop you call can't even give a ballpark estimate and charges a fee to visit for a quote, then does sales tactics once on premise such as "needing manager approval for better price" or "quote only good today" then it's probably a shop to avoid. Durrani of course doesn't do any of that. For our heater, he got the job done the same day despite having a real busy day, staying past 9:30 PM in the process.

Durrani Plumbing, (Sarfraz), recently replaced the kitchen faucet. My place has old plumbing. He was able to educate me about the plumbing and answered my questions regarding what he was doing and why? (I am someone who likes to ask questions and understand what's happening. This can be frustrating for others at times.) Sarfaz answered my questions and gave me a sense of the "bigger Picture."

He returned with two different styles of faucets and offered me the choice of faucet. I really appreciated this, especially since I am in a rental, and often times are not given the choice.

Sarfraz was absolutely great to work with. My water heater started leaking, and I called him. Within a few hours, he was here and promptly replaced our water heater. Excellent service, and he explained everything in great detail to my family. He even went above and beyond and brought certain parts of our setup to modern standards, even though it was very late in the evening.

We had a sewer blockage that almost blocked us from using bathroom or drainage. I got a recommendation to contact Durrani Plumbing. Mr. Sarfraz was very thorough to identify the source of blockage. He even went above and beyond to walk over to our roof with his equipment as the camera was not able to reach through the regular bathroom access. He explained the steps clearly and provided me with reasonable options. He was very professional in clearing the blockage, putting the sanitaryware back and cleaning up. He got all this done in few hours and ready for us to use immediately.

Our 28-year-old gas water heater sprang a leak one day. I wasn't surprised, water heaters typically last 10-12 years. I was always in the midst of "higher priority work", letting the water heater matter slide. I did some research and chose to go with an electric heat pump water heater. Now I needed a plumber and an electrician so I went to Yelp. There I found 5-star Durrani Plumbing. It's difficult to trust a stranger. I know little about water heaters and plumbing. Could I trust Durrani? I also wanted the job done to code.
I called Durrani and met Sarfraz. He impressed me right away. He was on a job, but informed me that he would be over at 5 P.M. He arrived at five. I showed him my leaking water heater. He took over, explaining what would need to be done and recommended an electrician that he sometimes worked with. Sarfraz Durrani isn't your typical plumber. He's an astute businessman, a professional, an excellent communicator, and a jack-of-all-trades. When he does a job, he does it to his own personal standard of excellence. If that means putting in more personal hours, he does it. As an example, the day that the inspector was due, Sarfraz was here early to take care of some finishing touches. The inspector came, passed the installation, and left. Sarfraz stayed another hour to take care of some still undone minor details that no one but he would ever notice. Then he called me into the garage and went through the installation in detail. He wouldn't leave until he was personally satisfied, and I was personally satisfied, with his work. In my opinion, Durrani Plumbing rates 5 stars.
I'm glad that I chose Durrani Plumbing in my moment of crisis. I'm comfortable knowing that when I need plumbing help or someone asks me, "Do you know a good plumber?", I know whom to call. We hired Durrani Plumbing to install a Moen shutoff valve on 1.5 inch main water line to our house. They did an excellent job of installing this valve. The install was more complicated then usual due to main pipe size and limited space. Highly recommend Durrani Plumbing.
