Routine drain cleaning of our kitchen sink:
Tyrus Came within an hour of our call to Roto-Rooter and was very knowledgeable with the process and all the protection needed when using the snake for our pipes. He did a very thorough testing to make sure everything was clear of debris and was Able to clear the line of heavy grease buildup. Also went through obtaining the pro plan with Roto-Rooter for routine maintenance and care for the plumbing of our home. A great job and best of all the timing worked for us as we are busy with work at home. JG

Discovered a leak under our house that appeared to have been going for a few days. Technicians arrived withing 90 minutes of calling. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a PRV valve that needed replacement. Suggested it be moved to the exterior of the home for easier access. Job was done well and I appreciate their help. Both techs were very friendly and courteous.

David provided excellent service for the broken outside faucet. Replaced the 87 year old spigot with a quality brass one.

John was very diligent in trying to locate and repair a leaking cold water pipe that leaked into our kitchen ceiling.
He spent 4 plus hours on a Sunday to remedy.

Service Tech David Dukes did a great job for us. He arrived, assessed the situation and cleared our sewer blockage quickly. He explained how and what he was going to do to do to rectify our problem and gave us a price for his services before he started the work. 5 stars for sure!

Excellent service, Robert came the same day within an hour I called for service.
He came, assessed the situation with my shower drain. Gave me a quote, and proceeded to properly fix the drain. Service was great, and Robert was super professional and polite. Would use again!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! Plumbing issues are usually a nightmare: stressful, confusing, and expensive. But thanks to Will, this experience was the complete opposite. From the moment he arrived, he brought clarity, confidence, and calm to a situation that could have easily spiraled into chaos.

Will was incredibly transparent about pricing, walked me through every possible solution (and what each would entail), and never once made me feel pressured or in the dark. His communication was top-notch, and his professionalism was paired with a genuinely kind and thoughtful demeanor. As if that weren’t enough, his field supervisor Matt also stopped by to lend support, and he was equally impressive. Together, they were like the plumbing dream team!

It’s rare to feel grateful after a plumbing issue, but here I am, grateful to have found a team I can trust, and relieved knowing that any future problems will be handled with this same level of care and integrity. Plumbing may never be fun, but Will and Matt made it feel like it didn’t have to be painful.

Tyrus and Al were great. They worked on my Well Plumbing where many other company’s would not. They kept me informed, were respectful and polite and explained everything. Rotorooter though is very expensive.

David did an amazing job fixing my bathroom drain, which hadn’t worked properly in years. He showed up quickly, explained everything clearly, and had it working like new in no time. Super professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend him if you need a reliable plumber! 👏

The tech David was very polite and knowledgeable. He listened when I explained what I already tried to clear my tub drain and then got to work. It took him several tries but he finally pulled a large hair clog out of the pipe about 15 feet in from the tub bottom.

Coming home to a leak in the wall is a nightmare and thank you to David Dukes from Roto Rooter for making it as smooth as possible. David was very professional and informative about what needed to happen and the steps to take to achieve a quick/secure repair. Thank you again David!

We had a fantastic experience with Roto-Rooter thanks to Matthew King. He came out to inspect a clog and was incredibly thorough—not only did he diagnose the issue, but he also discovered a leak in our crawlspace that we had no idea about. Matthew was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. He took the time to answer all of our questions (we had many!) and made sure we fully understood what was going on and what our options were. My husband and I really appreciated his clear communication and attention to detail. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to doing the job right. Highly recommend both Roto-Rooter and Matthew King!

Our sink was clogged and the faucet was leaking. Tyrus, found the issue, explained it well and was patient to fix the problem, rather than ask for the faucet to be replaced. Did a good job of fixing the problem.

David Dukes was our service technician and he did an amazing job. Knew exactly what was wrong, fixed it, put everything back together and cleaned up. Really impressed with him.

Technician was great, quick, clean, and friendly. There was definitely some price shock when he explained how much it would cost, but he was honest and clear about it.

Website really makes it seem like it will be cheaper. As great as the technician was, I would look around to compare prices first.
