When our regular termite inspection notified us of a water leak in our crawl space, Enrique came right out. He diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate. Tyrus and Rey came out the next day and repaired the cracked drain line from the shower and the leaky cartridge that fed it. They did the work in an afternoon and cleaned up everything when done. If we have more plumbing problems they are who we will call.

He was well presented, curtious and thorough.
Assessed the situation, cleared the blocked pipes and fixed the jammed sink garbage disposal unit.

Amending my review - John from Roto Rooter called us this evening and was willing to listen to our complaint. He offered to credit back a portion of the charge, which we feel is fair. We appreciate the willingness to work with us.

Original review:
We had Roto-Rooter come out and replace 3 shut-off valves under 2 sinks. They charged $ 1,081 for less than an hour of work (parts were listed as $67 of that total). I emailed the company to ask if this was the actual hourly rate for their services, and they couldn't be bothered to write me back. Outrageous fees. Bad customer service.

Woke up this morning too a backed up main sewer line leaving us without being able to use any thing in our house, sinks, shower, toilet, etc so needed it fixed asap. Will showed up super quick after I called for an appointment and was able to successfully snake the line and fixed the issue swiftly. He was very thorough and explained the process and pricing in detail. Would definitely want him helping with whatever might come next!

The guy that snaked my grandmothers house showed up on time and was easy to work and communicate with throughout the process. He was very friendly and was in and out. A real professional. He deserves a raise if he hasn’t had one in a while.

Very appreciative of the diligent work provided by our technician, Francisco S. Francisco was not only resolved our plumbing issue but provided insight as to a potential offset issue. Thank you, Francisco!

Great service from Sayed and King - had an emergency with an unexpected sewer line backup and thankfully both were able to come out and take care of the job. Professional and personable, very much appreciated!

David from Rotor Rooter worked to unclog my kitchen drain. The clog was affecting 2 sinks. David arrived on time, his appearance was clean & professional, courteous, and informative about the process. I would use David/Rotor Rooter again without any reservation.

I called Roto Rooter 24/7 number not expecting to find available help on a weekend but s tech came out to my mothers home in 45 minutes! He cleared out the line blockage (roots in the pipe!!!) and finished within an hour. Far faster than i had hoped for and the customer service from initial phone call to the VERY professional and friendly tech-Tyrus- was perfect. A plumbing repair was pretty much the last thing i wanted to deal with today and I was not exactly suzy sunshine going into this. I am now keeping this local office in my contacts. What a relief to find exemplary service with nice people.
