Adam is wonderful! Very thorough and efficient work at our home while installing our shutters. There was a snag with the delivery of supplies from Lowe’s, no fault of his, but he tracked down my order to get started immediately. Super clean, couldn’t even tell he was here. I had a great experience with Kotenkoff Granite Inc.! Garth was great to work with. He offered excellent recommendations and kept communication clear and consistent throughout the process. The installation team was professional, detail oriented, and went above and beyond to make sure my marble countertop was installed perfectly. They were even ready to complete the faucet and hose connections for me, but I didn’t have the hardware ready at the time. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be using Kotenkoff Granite again for future remodel projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding service.

Called looking for a part on a 20-year-old gate opener. They were very helpful trying to locate the part. Found something that was very close sitting on the shelf and I believe it will work. It was given to me at no charge. Very grateful and will use them again.

Larry’s is hands down the best garage door company in town! I got a few quotes to replace me garage door at my house. I went with Larry’s because their price was very competitive and Jonathan was very polite, not pushy at all and answered all my questions with very good knowledge. I’ve also since had my father’s garage door repaired by them, they did it fast and now his door is quieter and smoother then it’s ever been.

We GC’ed our own custom built home. We decided to go with F1 and we couldn’t have picked a better framer. Not knowing as much as your typical GC, Francisco made it so easy and explained the whole process. We made small changes as the house was going up and they had no problems with us making the changes. They made our experience easy and trustworthy. Highly recommend them.

Always nice to have a friendly face when going to warehouses. Very reliable company, highly recommend, no complaints.

I had an emergency when my garage door broke and wouldn’t open or close. I called Larry’s Garage Doors, and Jonathan came out promptly—even after hours—to close the door for me so I wouldn’t have to leave it open overnight. He returned the very next day to complete the repair so I wouldn’t have to leave my car out in the driveway. Jonathan was extremely professional, very flexible with payment options, and truly trustworthy. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him and Larry’s Garage Doors to anyone needing fast and reliable service.

Highly recommend!!We have been wanting to do our insulation for years and finally found an amazing company. They were fast and efficient! We are completely satisfied and amaze with how awesome they did our home as our compound and we are so grateful for the Rodriguez company. They are the best in town.

Buying a Bonadelle home has been the single worst financial and personal decision of our lives. If you’re considering them — don’t. They cut corners everywhere, abandon responsibility the second your check clears, and leave families like mine footing the bill for their negligence.

Let me explain:

Bonadelle proudly offers only a 1-year warranty on new homes — a pathetic joke in the construction world where major structural and plumbing issues often don’t appear until years later. And that’s exactly what happened to us. Just after the warranty expired, we discovered a hidden water leak inside a wall, which had caused extensive mold and about $4,000 in damages.

We brought in a licensed plumber who confirmed this was a construction defect — an issue that was there from day one. When we presented the proof, Bonadelle sent one of their higher-ups, Zach, along with their pet plumbing contractor. Instead of addressing the problem, they dismissed it outright, denied responsibility, and basically told us to “kick rocks.” Zero accountability. Zero care. They leave families to suffer from problems they created.

The disaster doesn’t stop at the house. Our neighborhood park, which Bonadelle still controls, is a hazard to children and families. Instead of investing in quality, they cheaped out and seeded the park instead of laying sod. The result? A dead, patchy field that attracts pigeons. We now have a disgusting pigeon infestation, complete with dead birds littering the park where kids are supposed to play.

The playground equipment is falling apart. The rubberized surface under the swings is worn down and unsafe. The swings and structures frequently break — I’ve had to repair them myself just to prevent further accidents. Even worse, my daughter was injured at this park due to Bonadelle’s outright negligence. When we brought this up, they shrugged it off as if a child’s safety wasn’t worth their time or money.

To make matters worse, Bonadelle refuses to hand the park over to the HOA, trapping us in this cycle of neglect and liability.

Bonadelle Homes is a company built on greed, corner-cutting, and denial. They wash their hands of every problem, hide behind their worthless warranty, and leave families to pay for their mistakes. Their parks are unsafe, their workmanship is substandard, and their leadership is arrogant and dismissive.

If you care about your home, your health, and your children’s safety, do not buy from Bonadelle. They will take your money, cut every corner imaginable, and then vanish when the problems start — which they will.

I wouldn’t recommend Bonadelle Homes to my worst enemy.

We absolutely love our new kitchen! I highly recommend Aztec Construction and Elite Cabinets for any home remodels you may need. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

Rich at RCIS Home Inspections is absolutely amazing. We trusted him with our own personal home purchases, and we trust him with our clients because of the way he does business. Rich is honest, thorough, and has a gift for educating buyers about their homes. He clearly explains what’s normal wear and tear, what might be deferred maintenance, and what truly needs attention without ever trying to scare anyone.

While their company is about 5 years old, this father and son have over 20 and 10 years experience in the industry.

Had two bedroom floors done today, went to the store and 2 week ago and pick out the material, two guys removed the carpets all the service was great, will have the 3rd room done by the end of the year.much thanks to the installers.
