We hired A&M design center to put vinyl plank flooring in our house. The total cost was over $20,000 within five years. The vinyl plank is lifting and has cracks! When I contacted our sales rep, Steve Coxe, he said that he would have the installer come out and check the status of the floor ! After six months and two professional installers coming and checking how the floor was installed the warranty was denied!! I was informed that it was due to how the four was taken care of by us! They informed me that there was a lot of moisture and water!!
When the floors were purchased, I asked for 100% waterproof floors due to. We have two labs that go outside and inside the house not only does the box say 100% waterproof but the literature that's in the flooring also says 100% waterproof.
When we informed Mr. Coxe of this information we were told "" nothing is 100% waterproof!!
We had the installer come out and fix what they could on the floors and was charged $250. One of the vinyl planks was cracked on the side and lifting and every time you walk over that plank or walk by it gets caught on your foot or Your shoes! The installer just glued it down and stated if that didn't work, we could give him a call back and he would replace the plank which that is what we asked him to do when he came out! We have called him for the past four months with no return calls and today he stated that he is extremely busy and only has Saturday and Sunday off and will get to us when he can
Beware nothing is 100% waterproof with this company even if the warranty on the box and the warranty that's in the box states that it's 100% waterproof!
When I purchased the floors, I asked how should I clean them and I was told by the installer just with a light mop that is what I have done for five years but I do it daily due to. I do have high traffic and this is why we paid the money and bought the top-of-the-line product.
Do not use ANM design center they do not stand by their warranty

Dear Debbie V, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with your flooring. We take customer concerns regarding products we sell and our installations very seriously as we were happy to initiate a claim and try to get the issues with your floor resolved. The individuals who visited your home were independent, certified flooring inspectors. The manufacturer's inspector identified very high moisture levels beneath the floor, noting that the baseboards were wet from the b…

I do love my floors! They matched the price from another company! Are salesmen Jose was great as well! The workers were very nice too! They were super fast! They had to take up some old travertine! We did entry way, kitchen ,laundry room! Only two days! The only thing I wasn't crazy about is when they put the corder round in the carpenters skills were a bit off! But I'm super picky! Are casings looks shorter because the floors dropped. We will probably do something are selfs to fix that! Differently recommend this business!

I was told by the sales manager that A&M provides the "white glove service". Nothing could be further from the truth. A&M crew took little care of our home - pouring extra concrete in our garden, making a hole in our wall, tangling up and breaking our cable box, and to top it all off, on the final day of install, the crew manager told us both of our toilets are leaking and we need to replace them. How stressful! I called a 24 hour plumber and he told me that A&M used the wrong sized O rings. Plumber said this is common sense and fixed it without replacing our toilets as A&M told me I needed to. I shared this with the sales manager and got reimbursed for plumber. He wasn't very apologetic. Do better A&M!
