Hidalgo’s Flooring

Hidalgos flooring exceeded my expectations. They were quick to respond and worked diligently to install my new floors in my new home.

I was honestly upset and disappointed w them. They showed up to my place for a Patching job. When they came they didn't tell me their name but they checked out the problem and gave me an estimate that was on Thursday. I let them know that night I wanted them to Fix my carpet they said they could do it the next day. I txt them friday to let them know i wanted them to go they never txt me back until about 7pm saying they were waiting on me to call them that day. Saturday I called again and the gentlemen said I'll try to get someone to go today but if they can't it will be Sunday latest Monday. Sunday came nothing not even a call. Monday my bf called them and the guy assured him he would send someone between 5-6. Me and my bf went to the house to meet them we waited and waited mind you we had some errands to run after. My bf called them again to see where they were at and instead of answering they sent him to voicemail. We didn't end up going anywhere because we were waiting on them. They never showed up. It's ridiculous!! I'm outraged!! Why waste our time like that. I've never been treated this way as a customer. If you don't want to do the Job then say it don't ignore us! Very unprofessional. Waste of time! Very disappointed!!!

Showed up on Thursday to give me an estimate, explained to me they could have it done Sunday or Monday at the latest. I was skeptical cause it was obvious from the estimate meeting they had very little knowledge of flooring, but it was a simple patch job and i was in a hurry to have it done so i mistakenly gave them a chance. They no showed on Sunday and when i called Monday morning i was ASSURED by the owner they would be there Monday afternoon between 5-6. No suprise to anyone they no call no show again and by 7:00pm i tried to call and speak with the owner for an explanation and he just forwarded my calls like a frightened child. This company is run by a crook and a liar and i can't recommend enough to the peope in need of any flooring jobs to NOT use this god awful and poorly ran company.
