Over the past 20 years and 3 homes, Rick and his team have added 3 covered patios, 2 enclosed patio rooms and a complete restructuring of our living room. We will be using them again on our next project. His crew is very professional and Rick really listens to what you want or are trying to accomplish, and makes it happen.

The employees are great to work with and leave the job area clean.
What we especially like is if something is not quite right after they are done, Rick has no problem having someone or himself come over and make it right quickly.

This is a contractor I can trust.

The quality of work was just as we had pictured. Very happy with our project. Since then we have had them handle a couple of other projects, including knocking out a wall and opening up the living area. Excellent work!!

Rick and his staff did an excellent job on our 3 remodeling projects, which were done simultaneously. Lynea knew exactly what I was looking for and was instrumental in finding just the right way to put it all together. Carlos, Leo and Daniel were very knowledgeable about every step needed to complete the job. They are professional, friendly and didn’t complain when I got my ‘magnifying glass’ out to inspect their work. They cleaned up after themselves every day, kept the construction dust to a minimum and respected our home. They also kept us informed about their progress, alerted us to any delays and made sure we approved each item as it was completed. There were a few glitches, as with every remodel, and they went out of their way to solve the issues to our satisfaction.
We remodeled two bathrooms (one was taken clear to the studs and required some work below the subfloor) and the kitchen. They completed everything two weeks ahead of schedule and I couldn’t be happier with the end results.
I would have no concerns whatsoever about hiring RFMC again should we decide to remodel, or update our home in the future.

I had RFMC install a fairly large patio in backyard. I have to tell you that Rick has provided me with top-notch service from the beginning to end. He was able to execute the permit needed expeditiously and was able to have his team install the entire patio in one day. If you need anything done to your home, he is the man you need to call.

Nice and professional job. Crew came in when the materials were delivered. And they enclosed my patio which is now my man cave. Rick came in and got all the measurements to make sure a pool table would have enough space to play. Love the room and the table. Everything went just like Rick said it would. Only one thing went wrong in what Rick said. They finished 1 day ahead of schedule. The crew came in got it done and left my backyard cleaner than I inspected. Highly recommend this guys.

I'm very happy and satisfied with RFMC construction, Inc. They remodeled both my bathrooms new shower in bedroom bathroom, and a walk in tub and the main bathroom I enjoy very much easy to get in and out of and very relaxing. RFMC installed a patio awning in my backyard just resent, and hauled away my old out dated awning for free. I'm very excited and happy with the quality work, modern updated look and material of my new patio awning. My family has used RFMC construction for several projects at our property. Each time I have had a great experience. Work is completed on time and on budget! I have requested minor changes during the process and each change was documented in a change order and the cost was accurate and changes done correctly. The company employees were always friendly and professional. We will be working with this company for future home improvements and I would recommend them to family and friends.

Working with RFMC Construction was great. We hired them for an entire kitchen remodel also as a couple of other smaller things. Everything was taken care of properly -- a true full-service experience. The designer did an incredible job translating our ideas into a well-designed project and therefore the carpenters executed the plan well. Throughout the project, they were proactive in trying to find ways to form the result better or the method easier for us, instead of expecting us to ask. Highly recommend.

They are called Patio Kings for a reason. We had them repair our patio cover with an aluminum cover. with in 3 weeks we now have a beautiful patio cover.
They removed the old wood cover cleaned up and hauled away. The new cover was delivered and installed . the demo crew and the installation crew were polite, professional.

This is the second patio cover we have had installed by RFMC, and just like the last time, we are completely satisfied with the results. From the initial engagement, to completion, the folks we dealt with were responsive, and up front about the cost, timing, and expectations. The process took a little longer than we initially anticipated. But, that was due to continuing supply chain issues, and the high demand for their product. So, we completely understood.

We had a patio cover installed on our new home. It is insulated with two fans and four lights. It covers approximately 14 x 30 feet. This project was the best thing we could have done to our back patio.
The workmanship was absolutely the best. Also the crew that installed it were very good and neat. Very nice.

In searching for a patio and deck builder, we found RFMC Inc to be friendly and attentive to our needs. We also noted the quality of their materials and workmanship to be better than we expected. Our consultant was honest, thorough, and certainly not pushy. Very professional and we were never hounded about when we would make our decision to have our deck and patio done. We love our deck and patio and can't say enough about their quality and professionalism. We did have a question after the work was completed; they followed up to be sure we were happy with the results.

RFMC recently built our patio and did a fantastic job. We were super pleased with the customer service we received all the way to the installation of the patio. They continually kept us in the loop on where things were at with the permits, us receiving the product & installation. I used the Patio Kings for my patio cover. The final product completely exceeded all me expectations and is a beautiful addition to my backyard. The pot lights with dimmers and fans allows for all year around use. The installers were very pleasant to work with and left my backyard clean when completed. They were very professional and hard working. My entire experience with the Patio Kings was a smooth experience. I will definitely continue to use them for all projects in the future.

And the install team Christian and Saul, these two gentlemen were outstanding, they both were very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable and more importantly worked safely. As the job was going on Christian was letting me know what he and Saul were doing and what was happening next, any questions I had they answered them clearly and made me feel very comfortable about what I was getting. These two gentleman were a pleasure to have work on my home. They left my patio looking great, provided me with the needed paperwork, and left the work site very clean.

The Patio Kings division of RFMC installed a cover over my patio. The quality of the installation work was excellent, with the installers addressing my questions and keeping me informed throughout the process. The quality of the product itself is better than any cover I've had in prior homes. As long as the cover holds up, and any unlikely warranty issues are addressed, I give the whole experience, including my meetings with the sales rep, a perfect score.

I had Patio Kings/RFMC put up 2 patios recently, with 3 fans and 10 lights. They turned out great! The design was very complex, and Rick took the time to create a perfect fit with some very tough angles. The crew was great and the project was done on time. I later had Rick come out to do an add-on piece, and it came out perfect. I would definitely recommend these guys to get your patio project complete!

RFMC Construction installed a patio cover. They exceeded my expectations! The patio cover looks as if it's always been a part of my home. They kept me in the process from start to finish.

Contacted company regarding leaking patio roof and no follow up response to issue since last year of April 2023. Still awaiting to hear back and it is already April of 2024. Seems like the rain gutter is sagging in the middle of the patio where the two joints meet and water is pooling there and possibly leaking through the seams as illustrated in the photo. Poor design concept. Really disappointed with customer service and quality of product especially for what we have paid for. Real nice when they want you to purchase their product, but will not follow through when issue arises with their work craftsmanship and product quality.
