We had the best experience with Skills Construction! They were very knowledgeable and helped make what we wanted to fit our budget! Arch was always on site making sure everything was done correctly. All the workers were polite and cleaned up each day! We are so happy with our bathroom!

We hired Skills Construction to repair a number of large holes that had been necessary to cut in our walls in order to reroute hot water lines because of a water leak. We were concerned that it might be difficult to do drywall work without it looking repaired. We are so impressed and pleased with the results. The drywall repair & texture is identical to the rest of the walls and the paint is a perfect match. It's hard to believe there was ever repair work done. The workers were very pleasant, and we were impressed with how clean they left everything. We will not hesitate to use them again and feel confident recommending them to family and friends.

After experiencing a house fire, I had to completely reconstruct my home. I reached out to two other contractors before finding Skills Construction, and I wish I had found them sooner! One contractor came out but never followed up with an estimate, and the other showed up just hours after the fire, falsely claiming they got my information from the fire department—definitely a red flag.

From the moment I connected with Arshak and his team at Skills Construction, the experience was completely different. He was professional, communicative, and honest. The project included roofing, HVAC, drywall and insulation, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and a full kitchen and partial bathroom remodel. By far the best contractor we have used in the past 20 years -- and we have used quite a few, due to water damage caused by a broken water pipe and other home incidents. Archie's team does very high quality work and no one gets back to us faster on quotes and project updates. Wish we had found him earlier and we could have skipped the frustration and stress caused by a dozen other poorly managed companies.

We had a fairly complicate bathroom install done in an out building. The Skills people were efficient and easy to work with. They started and finished on time and the bathroom looks great! Ill absolutely use them again.

Daniel, Matthew and Archie, were very communicative through the whole process. They took time to answer any and all questions, even when they might have been repetitive questions. Their entire team was quick AND provided high quality work, completing the job in a matter of days with no delays. Their professionalism and quality of work has definitely earned them a loyal and repeat customer for all our future home repairs/projects.

Excellent job

Gary and his crew replaced our patio roof and added skylights for us. They did an excellent joy within a timely mater. During all the work they kept the area clean and organized. We would recommend them for anybody.

Gary and his crew at G&R were courteous, efficient, and did all they could to get our leaky roof fixed between rainstorms. I highly recommend them and I will be using them again for future projects. Martin was delightful and a very hard worker. He explained everything and was very efficient.

Does not communicate very well will not call you back when he says he will ,will claim that there is a lot of variables even with exact plans and won't give you a price. Is that the kind of contractor you really want working for you. After posting this review the company that ghoasted me. They immediately called my wife to harass her to get me to remove my review. Also the work was going to be north of 150,000$
