Bushco Contracting did a commercial build out for my company we had them design and build a 10,000 square ft addition to our 4,500 square ft corporate office. Framing, plumbing, roofing, low voltage data lines, doors windows, Ac & Heating and many more upgrades. The entire crew was so professional and the owner Eric made sure we were kept in budget. A+ Bushco did an extensive remodel on the exterior of our 1907 home. Homes of this age have inherent challenges and surprises...and we found plenty of them throughout the process....from beehives in the walls to dry rot, missing insulation, mismatched sized lumber due to previous remodels, you name it. The home had redwood siding with cedar shingles on the upper story, all of which had seen better days. Bushco came in and replaced all of the siding, windows, fascia, etc. And repainted the whole place. Throughout the process, we expressed our desire to keep a vintage look to the home, while using modern materials. Darren and his crew absolutely knocked it out of the park. They were friendly, courteous, and respectful every step of the way. Communication and attendance in general were far superior to most contractors I have dealt with. They showed up every single day , with a full crew...other local contractors seem to go MIA for days/weeks on end. Admittedly we may not have been the easiest customers because we had some strong opinions on the desired end results but they were absolutely a joy to work with, they kept us in the loop every step of the way, and we ended up with the exact result we were dreaming of. Thank you x100 to Eric, Darren, Jesse, Jess, and all the rest of the guys at Bushco for a job well done.

Their work may be amazing—I wouldn’t know because they do not show up when they say they’re going to and don’t bother to call and let you know. This happened twice.

Can’t say enough good things about Cloud Nine Constructions! These guys continue to amaze us with their professionalism and commitment to perfection. Our new home came with some challenges when it came to have a place for Audio and Video systems and additional concealed wiring was needed on a very newly painted living room and connecting all the network and devices. James not only executed each job perfectly but also helped mount our 77” tv and made the complex connections seem like a piece of cake.

Gilbert and his crew did extensive repairs at my house last year after an accident. The work was excellent and they were always pleasant. Gilbert communicates clearly and promptly. I recommend them enthusiastically.

I needed some exterior work done on my home - new roof, exterior painting and I wanted to add stacked stone to the front of my home. My first go-to-place is ALWAYS the Contractors State License Board. I can navigate my way around their website, like nobody’s business! So after contacting and scheduling meetings with various contractors, (some who never even showed up), I was starting to feel discouraged. Then I came across Cloud Nine Construction. I was so impressed with all the amazing reviews, and the photos of their work, I had to give them a call. I was somewhat shocked when someone actually answered the phone. Then it was even better to know that I was speaking to the owner, Gilbert Trejo. I was explaining to Gilbert what I wanted/needed done. He asked for my address, and while we were talking, he already knew where my house was located, as well as the sq. feet. He asked me to send him pictures of the various sides, so he could see the condition, etc., etc. Gilbert said he’d give me a call back that afternoon with a rough estimate on the cost of painting, materials, etc. As promised, Gilbert called me back that afternoon with an estimate. We scheduled an appt. to meet later that week. He showed up right on time. After discussion, and with me throwing out other ideas that would pop into my head, I was ready to commit.
It was such a great experience working with Gilbert and his awesome crew. Everyone was so professional, and it was a lot of fun working with them. We had a few minor hiccups along the way, (that darn weather), but everything was handled in the most professional way possible. I appreciated that Gilbert always kept me informed, and updated on everything that was happening, or going to happen.
I have received so many compliments from neighbors, delivery people, (UPS, FED-X), and even complete strangers. Everyone saying how amazing my house looks. I even had someone ask me if I had just built a new house???
On social media, FB, Nextdoor, etc., whenever someone is asking for a recommendation on painters, carpentry work, without hesitation, I always recommend Gilbert Trejo, Cloud Nine Construction.

Cloud Nine did a great job replacing a big picture window with a smaller window. I was worried because this reduction in window size meant they would have to put new stucco. They matched it to the existing stucco beautifully. They even matched the color! Cloud Nine stepped up to do this job when none of the window companies in town would bother because of the size reduction of the window. Gilbert, the owner, is easy to talk to, has great ideas on new materials, and pretty good at responding. Would definitely use Cloud Nine again.

Gilbert and his crew worked on two of our houses in old town Clovis. First one was an extensive remodel of the inside. Second one was redoing a balcony on the second floor, new side door and porch . All the work was done in a timely manner. All the employees were very professional and the finish of both homes was fabulous . Highly recommended Cloud Nine Construction and would us them again

Due to the open line of communication that was kept between me (the homeowner), the business owner, and the work crew who clearly demonstrated a high level of knowledge and skill, the partial remodel of my kitchen was not only completed on schedule, but done beautifully. Cloud Nine Construction rocks!! Mr. Gilbert Trejo and his team have done a month long project on our newly purchased property and we’re beyond grateful for the work they have done. These people are professionals, perfectionists and punctual. We have moved from the Bay area and each project was done without us being in the house. Mr. Trejo didn’t take a single decision without consulting us first and we’re very thankful for that. His dedication to customer satisfaction is truly praiseworthy!

We had a black mold problem in our rental homes main and master bathrooms. After several estimates and interviews, I went with Gilbert and Cloud 9 Construction. Gilbert and his crew got started on the job and found that the mold spread in to a bedroom as well! Gilbert sent me photos of the extra damage and offered suggestions on how to proceed, as well as extra measures so that damage wouldn't occur again.
The project required patching large sections of wall, putting in tile flooring, replacing glass bath doors, caulking tubs and showers, painting and other touch up work. The work was done on schedule and at a reasonable price. The crew was great about keeping the work area clean and working without disturbing our tenants too much.
Cloud 9 did an outstanding job and I would hire them again for any other remodeling or repair work my home needs.
