"My experience with Cloud Nine Construction in Fresno was worth mentioning in a review. The owner Gilbert was very helpful in assisting me in my Counter top selection. His construction crew were on time each day, they cleaned up at the end of their shift and were professional. I was kept appraised as to what was going on each day. Before they left we would go over what was done that day and what next steps were! I appreciated that they worked full time on my remodel until it was complete. I would recommend Cloud Nine Construction for any of your remodel and construction
needs!

Central Distributing referred us to Cloud 9 to upgrade a home decorator fireplace to one that will warm the house. Another contractor told us we could not upgrade our fireplace to actually heat the house. Gilbert was very experienced and innovative. His team was extremely respectful of our home and pleasant while working on the project. The pricing was fair and the project has been a complete success! Cloud 9 made the impossible possible! We will consider cloud 9 for all future home improvement projects

Gilbert and his crew remodeled our kitchen and it is amazing. Gilbert is very customer oriented and is very thorough to ensure the the customer is satisfied with the new cabinets, counter tops, backsplash, sinks and faucets, appliances and painting. During the work, the entire crew were very attentive to detail, maintained a very clean work area and installed a plastic visqueen barrier to isolate the kitchen work area from the living room. The work area was cleaned daily and we appreciated the entire crews diligence and cooperation with us during the work. We will use them again in the future for other remodeling projects. Thank you to Gilbert and all Cloud Nine employees for a fantastic experience.

The granite and tile backsplash installations were particularly fine.
One or two issues with subcontractor work were corrected promptly.

Where do I start?! Gilbert and his crew are simply amazing. By far the BEST contractor and crew around. They remodeled my master bathroom, and did a fantastic job. It’s gorgeous! Gilbert made the overall experience so easy. He was there every step of the way! His crew was awesome, very friendly and kept my house very clean. Even with completely gutting the master bathroom, they made sure to keep dust and debris to a minimum. In the beginning of the remodel I thought “there’s no way this bathroom will ever look nice or feel bigger”. With Gilbert’s expertise, he really went above and beyond to make sure I got the design I dreamed of. He and his crew definitely exceeded all expectations and gave me a gorgeous master bathroom. I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work!!! I truly am loving my bathroom and still on Cloud9.
After my remodel, and seeing how great Cloud9 is, my parents, my brother and his wife, also had Gilbert and the Cloud9 crew remodel their homes as well.

Gilbert Trejo and crew from Cloud Nine Construction assist you with every detail of your project from start to finish. Gilbert also has a great eye for design in addition to his construction knowledge. He uses only quality subcontractors and inspects all work to make sure everything was done well and with high quality. Gilbert also patiently answers all questions big or small. I appreciated his attention to detail and his high standards. I enjoyed his respectful crew and was very comfortable having them in my home.

Gilbert and his team did an awesome job on our master bathroom flooring. We had porclein tiles installed and they look great. The team was efficient and professional. The project was done in a timely manner. Will highly recommend them.

Gilbert and his crew do excellent and detailed work. They were very professional and courteous to us and made sure the work was done right. They consulted us when adjustments we're needed, and found the best solution to go forward and to finish the job right. They even improved on the work the original construction crew did not do such a good job on. Overall, we were very happy with the work Gilbert and his crew did. We will be contacting him again for future projects.

We had a wonderfully experience using Cloud Nine Construction for our master bath remodel. Gilbert was so helpful with design ideas as we were trying to increase storage and create a master bath which will accommodate us as we age. Everyone that was sent to our home was respectful and excellent in their specialties.

Cloud Nine Construction Co. installed a shower in my guest bath and we have had nothing but problems. The shower backs up to my hall wood floor....within a short time I noticed bubbles appearing in my wood floor and I contacted my floor person....bubbles in the wood is water damage! By means of attempting several solutions to no avail, we have had to tear down and redo after only 3 1/2 yrs. We realized the leaking has to be an issue under the floor....finding that the drainage pan was put in wrong, so it drained out around it in one of the corners! The Cloud Nine owner, Gilbert, refused to assist when I wanted to find out who installed the glass doors as we were trying to attempt to have more reap holes drilled, thinking that might help drainage! His response was, it's no longer under warranty! You don't care about a warranty when your trying to fix a leaking problem damaging your wood floor! The attitude of the owner was uncooperative. Cloud Nine's installation was not done correctly and has had cost & headaches in our attempts to fix! No stars or recommendations from my experience with Cloud Nine Construction and the owner!

In general , I heard lot of horror stories about construction, I was initially very skeptical about building ADU. Gilbert & Jaymes made the ADU construction much more seamless . They were very reliable, they kept me updated on the progress & any potential issues . They made it happen within the agreed timeline of 2.5 months . I would recommend Gilbert for any construction & you would be much more peaceful.

Fast! Reliable!

They installed a 9x20ft gazebo, a 10x30ft covered patio, and a 10x15 lattice, job was done in two days. Price was very reasonable. Workers were fast, hardworking and friendly. Mary was there from start to finish, good communication and customer service. Definitely recommend!

The professionalism at this company is ridiculous. Heard these men gossiping outside my home while fixing some pipes. They were talking about one of their own co workers. They sounded jealous of his work ethic for-sure. Maybe hire some better employees who don’t gossip around like females. Oh and the head honcho was taking a smoke break on company time and it smelled like skunk, so I’m almost sure it was marijuana!! Do better!

Great people

Vulcan truck was driving down the highway kicking up rocks and dirt all over every car that was behind it, including me. I called the project manager to let him know, and his response was, OK I will let the driver know. No apologies, no telling me it’s not company policy or anything like that. He just said, OK. That was it. OK, our truck just kicked up rocks and dirt all over your car and scratched your paint. OK.

Great response! Five stars.
