Spoke to Dan over the phone. He was amazing friendly and helpful. He was able to get us the assistance we needed same day. We were extremely grateful for the timely service appointment and are looking forward to the cleaners arrival.

I asked for a deep clean and discussed on the phone what this would include. What I got was no clean - baseboards untouched, floors unmoved, shelves not dusted, nightstands not dusted, light fixtures untouched, having to point out every piece throughout the house, suggesting to dust shelves and door molding, telling cleaners how to use vacuum hose to reach small areas. I asked them to clean a 3 bed 2 bath home...one room was literally never even entered by the cleaners. I've never experienced anything like this before and will absolutely never use this company again.

Extremely happy with their cleaning services. They helped get my listing clean for an open house and did not miss a detail. They were easy to work with and scheduling was smooth as well. I will highly recommend this company and will use their services again in the future!

They never stopped and I can't remember the last time my house looked this great (if ever)! Route One knocked it out of the park! I'm afraid to go in the house - I don't want to get it dirty :)

We just moved into a new home and the previous owner left the house a mess. My wife and I decided to hire Molly Maid for a one time deep clean just to get us off on the right foot in our new home. Our cleaners were Ana and Luz and they did an absolutely phenomenal job! Now don’t get me wrong, Molly Maid is pretty pricey, but given the quality of the work that Ana and Luz put in, I am thrilled with the outcome regardless of the cost! Ana and Luz, you two rock!
