Elida and Margarita were on time (a biggie for me) and did a fantastic job on my house. They really did care what was important to me. I am definitely going to have them come back.

I got a coupon for a discounted cleaning for 3000 square feet but two of the bedrooms need no cleaning so leaves me with about 2800 sq feet. They gave me the classic switch and bait wanted to charge me an extra 150 dollars for 200 square feet of bedroom cleaning which is minimal, had prior cleaning service. Talked to the manager, Jose and he was unwilling to help. I would strongly NOT recommend this business with such poor customer service. They DO NOT HONOR coupons and try to upselll you .... reminds me of time shares. RUN DO NOT USE their cleaning services

The bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned. However not all surfaces like bookshelves were thoroughly wiped or dusted. However my home does have a lot of stuff so for the first time scheduling this company they did a very satisfactory job.

They were late to job , I requested 3 people I got 1 who stayed no more than 1 hour on job nothing was done remotely close to clean …very disappointed but they got paid and i got taken for a ride Beware

I used their services for a bedroom and bathroom. The cleaner was named Michelle from the fresno office. After two hours the bill was $79.00. I payed her in cash $90.00 total. The next day my debit card was charged $79.00. I called management and explained I payed in cash. Management said in the notes on my account, that she was not to accept cash. She did anyway. Management called Michelle and she denied that I gave her cash. She lied, and management is taking her word over mine. This company and Michelle is unethical and not a company to do business. Now I'm out $90.00 dollars. Do not use this company especially Michelle. She drives an older white compact car. She is middle age, long brown hair. The company will not reimburse me. Stay away!!!

Michelle was prompt and friendly. She was doing a routine cleaning for me after my surgery and I was very satisfied with the results. I will be using this service again and recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and trustworthy service.

We first used the services of Always Ready over a year ago when we were moving out of our then home. They completed a deep clean and cleaned our carpets and did an amazing job. When we moved into our new home, we started using Always Ready for a monthly cleaning and Elida was scheduled for our home. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Elida. I’ve never been so happy to come home. Even my husband has commented on how clean the home was. So much so, that it was noticible when someone else cleaned. The house was still spotless, and a great cleaning...just not Elida great!

I was very impressed with the responsiveness to the immediate need that I had for a thorough cleaning of an apartment. The office staff at Always Ready was very cordial and helpful. Andrea did a wonderful job cleaning. The person she cleaned for was very pleased. I have already recommended this service to others!

Purchased a cleaning for the first time ever and very pleased with service!
I called on a Monday, and was able to schedule an afternoon cleaning for Thursday the same week. Due to some miscommunication (mostly on my part) cleaners weren't able to clean on my scheduled day. But once we figured out where we hit the snag, Jose offered to have someone come in first thing the next morning! Again, I feel like this was mostly my fault!!
My cleaner, Michelle, was so sweet! We were even able to laugh about the mix up the day before. I understand her having to come to my place might have thrown off her schedule, but I could tell she clearly takes her work seriously because she made a comment that it's all going to get done, even if she had to have a late day.
I wasn't able to stay or return when she was finished, but once I got home I was beyond pleased with her work! I'm a single mom that kinda fell behind in the housework...so seeing everything she tackled (again, knowing she had other jobs to do later), fully cleaned, brought me an overwhelming sense of relief!! THANK YOU MICHELLE!!!!
My only suggestion/what I'd like: more use of the text messaging. Love that text was used to confirm cleaners coming, and/or delay in their arrival. Since I was at work, I wasn't able to get any calls as the signal was almost nonexistent, but my texts could come through. We might have been able to figure out the issue sooner on my scheduled date if I had got a text saying "call please" or something.

Does a great job. I like how they have me list on paper which tasks you want done. That way my expectations are met. Makes sense. I had the two hour cleaning service for my small place. The cleaner worked hard and did a great job. Their pricing is competitive. Every cleaner I've had does a great job especially Elida.
