Amanda and Hailey did a fantastic job! My place was abandoned for a year and unliveable. Cleaning authority scrubbed, dusted, and cleaned from top to bottom and turned my mess into a beautiful home. I was worried I needed to replace all the sinks and faucets but now they are spotless! Worth every penny and I cant thank Amanda and Hailey enough.

I hav3 worked with the Cleaning Authority for a while now, we started when we hada sick relative we were taking care of and just didn't have time for the house. They always do an amazing job and are very friendly and helpful. If there's ever an issue they are quick to fix it as well.

I love Cleaning Authority! They have been cleaning my house for over 2 years. They do great work. Anytime I have had a request they are responsive. Also, when my schedule changes unexpectedly they are able to accommodate easily because of the multiple teams available. That flexibility is priceless. Also love the deep clean rotation schedule.

The ladies blessed me extra today. Usually, I pick up clutter and try to prep the house before they come because I want to make it as easy as possible for them to do their work well. This morning, however, I had to take my husband to urgent care after he had an accident with a power tool an hour away from home, so I could not be here to prep or greet them. Having met Selena and Lisa several times, I trusted them without reservation to be here without me but felt bad that the house was a mess - I mean, I had the flu last week kind of mess. Coming home from a stressful day to the evidence of their loving-care in my home felt like walking into a big hug - there were so many little touches that make me feel like they understand that my home is precious to me. They even made my bed! I am really grateful for The Cleaning Authority - and especially for Selena and Lisa.

I have used this company for years and the teams do a really good job. They rotate certain "deep clean" tasks and some are really attentive to the details like fixing the blankets/pillows on the beds, or making my kids' rooms look extra nice. It feels great to come home to a clean home that I did not have to spend time doing after a long week! The owners have been super responsive too and are always very friendly.

The ladies were on time, I was not because of a meeting, they were very accommodating towards me being 10 minutes late and felt that it would not be any difficulty or shorten the time of my cleaning. They reviewed with me before starting the rooms that I want to clean, and the order in which I would like to have them cleaned. They kept checking in with me along the way for anything that was not absolutely certain what to do. When they finished they had performed services such as straightening up and arranging my loose boxes that I had not expected them to do. They were very quiet, I did not hear them except for the sound of the vacuum cleaner. I feel that they are an excellent team to work on keeping your house clean. I would recommend them to anybody interested in having someone come and help them keep their house or apartment clean. I look forward to the next visit.

It was my first time having a house cleaning service clean my house so I didn't know what to expect. With a more demanding job and schedule I need the extra help with the deep cleaning. I heard of Cleaning Authority from a friend and I can honestly say they didn't disappoint. They were very thorough and detailed in their cleaning, friendly, and professional. It took 7 hours total but my house looks so good! Cant wait to have them back and get on a regular cleaning schedule.

The team I have now is excellent. Leonaisha is very thorough and pays attention to detail. She is always very pleasant and professional.

They dont even deserve the one star. The worst experience i have ever experienced from a company. They had no problem taking my money before the service was even done, but not only that they didnt even provide the basic cleaning that they provide you in their services. The owner went off on me because i did not want to add extra hours of cleaning thinking the services have already been done. One bathroom was cleaned out of 2 and some dusting was involved. I was shocked when she called to yell at me when she knew that she nothing was done and didnt want me to call them for services ever again. So rude and unprofessional.

February 2025 update - Desiree and Maria are awesome! They do a fantastic job cleaning our home. It’s not an easy job for this 5 dog home.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for years and am very happy. They are always on time and do a great job when I have special requests.

The team was so friendly, very thorough, and worked to make sure that their next clean would be at an even higher standard. They asked questions, took notes on what they saw needed to be improved upon and made us feel comfortable about being in the house even though they were working. I appreciated them so much!

Team 4 Selina and Savannah do amazing work. The house looks so clean. My sinks look brand new not that we hosted so many people during the holidays! Awesome job!

1st cleaning with Cleaning Authority was a wonderful experience. Desiree and Maria were quick but thorough, completing a deep clean. It is an odd experience to have people in your home cleaning while I do nothing.... something to get used to :~} but willing to try real hard 😉 looking forward to my next cleaning in two weeks! Everything was so fresh! The rooms looked a fancy hotel room. My teens always love to see how their beds have been personalized with such care and consideration. When cleaning authority comes I gain back precious time with my family. It's a win-win, clean house, less stress, more time with loved ones! 😍
