Amazing cleaning service! Rosie and her crew are the best cleaning service we’ve ever had. Rosie is fantastic to work with! She communicates well through text messages by sending reminder’s the day before cleaning, when they arrive, and when they finish cleaning. The girls work very hard and efficiently. My house is spotless after every cleaning and I would highly recommend them!

Rosie and her team were fantastic! She worked to get my deep cleaning scheduled quickly as I was in a tight schedule. The ladies that came in to clean were polite, professional and worked incredibly hard. They went above and beyond to try and clean up after the painter had left some splatter on the laminate flooring. I highly recommend this company and the house looked fantastic!

DK Elite Cleaning Services did an amazing job deep cleaning our house before we put it on the market. The quoted price was reasonable, and service provided by Carmen and Erica was very thorough. They were punctual, friendly and professional. They scrubbed the shower and tub, cleaned the toilets, baseboards, windows and blinds, the stove and oven, grout….everything top to bottom! I can’t say enough good things about the incredible job they did. It literally sparkles and smells so fresh and clean. My only concern now is keeping everything looking this pristine until the open house! I might make my family sleep in a tent in the backyard.

I have nothing but incredible things to say about this team. I decided to schedule a deep clean because I just didn’t have the time, and my house really needed it.
Rosie came out to provide an estimate and did a very thorough walkthrough. She explained exactly what her team would take care of and provided clear pricing for the initial deep clean, as well as different upkeep options including weekly, biweekly, every three weeks, and monthly visits. In my opinion, the prices were very reasonable.
The ladies arrived on time with all their supplies and were ready to work. Since I work from home, I really appreciated how respectful they were of my time and space. They even waited to clean my office until I was able to step out. Dusting, windows, baseboards, shower doors, fans, floors, walls, even made the beds! Nothing was overlooked and they even took the trash out!
They paid great attention to detail, and my home looked and smelled amazing when they finished. I will definitely be using them again! If you’re on the fence about hiring a cleaner, read their reviews and choose this company! You won’t regret it.

They arrive on time and do a great job. I even had help installing 2 new smoke detectors. She said she didn't want me to hurt myself. The best cleaning crew ever@

Honestly did a half * job. Blinds were cleaned up to the point where the pulled them up. Multiple missed cabinets not wiped or dusted out. Anything below waste level was not wiped out. Sliding door was not cleaned which was specified to be cleaned. Carpet looked vacuumed but was not well done. Ceiling fans were done. Bathrooms were done. Baseboards cleaned. Also, did not like that I wasn’t notified when they left so no way to truly know if I was charged accordingly.

Alex and Cassie made it to our apartment as scheduled and left it feeling like the first day we moved in. They surpassed our expectations by organizing some of the little items lying around in each room which was wonderful to come home to. Although we do live in a small apartment, having the peace of mind that we don't need to spend 4 or 5 hours cleaning is worth the investment. We're excited for our upcoming bi-weekly cleanings!

Just had my first cleaning with the Cleaning Authority team and I am absolutely 100% pleased! Just so grateful that somebody listened to want I wanted -- and then went a mile beyond that!

This was my first clean with TCA and definitely not my last. Noelle & Samantha did an excellent job getting my house cleaner & shinier than it’s been in a long time. They were warm and friendly. Even my dog Jax, who doesn’t always warm up quickly to people he doesn’t know, had two new friends by the time they left. I’m looking forward to their next visit in two weeks.

They are always so good! They even changed my son’s bedsheets for us which was so thoughtful. They missed cleaning the sliding glass door this last time but I am still always more impressed than disappointed with the results! I love having the time to spend with family rather than worrying about the cleaning.

I receive bi-weekly cleaning from The Cleaning Authority. The cleaners that come into my home are friendly and personable. They are efficient and work well together as a team to get the job done. Any areas that were missed I can feel comfortable letting them know and they will correct it. The products used are not scented which is great for us allergy sufferers sensitive to smells and those looking for environmentally clean products. I would definitely recommend The Cleaning Authority.

The cleaning was beyond exceptional. Kyra and Lupe came in ready to work. Every inch of my apartment was cleaned, mopped, vacuumed, and dusted. My bathroom was sparkling clean down to the drains. I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority services for your home or business.

Amanda is always very cheery, professional and efficient. I know my home is in caring hands with her. She works circles around every one else. I trust that what & where she cleans it is going to be thorough.
Today, however, I had to ask her assistant to “ re- vacuum” a room the asst said she had already done. But Amanda saw that it was cleaned.

I received notices letting me know where my cleaning team was and what time they would arrive. The cleaners (Jane and Justina) were amazing and very friendly. I’m very happy with what they did in the amount of time they were here (2 hours). They answered all my questions and we’re very informative about the service and routine. They even cleaned my baseboards!
