I order 2 cabinets. One of the cabinets came without the glass doors. I requested the glass doors and they sent 1ea. I then requested the 2nd door and they refused. They offer a $51 in house credit for my trouble on a $1600 purchase. Unbelievable.

Don't buy anything - they will charge you over 50% of the item's cost to return it. It's despicable.

I ordered some lights that turned out to be of poor quality. So I called their return dept & was told that's fine. I received return label instructions via email which I used to return the items in the same condition within two weeks of purchase. How ever I was not refunded in full. When I called & questioned the partial refund, I was told I was charged shipping fees for the return even though their rep who I spoke with initially about it never disclosed to me I would be charged return shipping fees. Also, the return instruction emails they also failed to inform me about any return shipping fees either. Now they are refusing to refund me those return shipping fees which they failed to disclose to me in advance. So they are me ripping off my money. So beware of this unscrupulous business practice by Bed Bath & Beyond. I will never buy anything from this company & am filing a formal complaint with government authorities. .
