I just had my well spring a leak and these guys got it handled in a day. The guys were friendly and knew what they were doing. When they were done I even had a bit more water pressure than before so I appreciated that. I would totally call them again.

The knowledge and friendly experienced employee's inside and outside of the office is 100%. If you have the tiniest of problems, they will come right out and help you. They also assist 24/7.

Naffco has been extremely helpful and professional with my clients. Pricing is fair and they work hard to accommodate tight schedules

I was referred to Naffco by Clovis Well Company because I have a very difficult location in my yard to get a crane into. I didn't think it could be done, but Mell, was able, using sheets of plywood under the tires, to maneuver the giant crane past all the trees, into position. The crew quickly got the old pump out and a new pump in within a few hours. I watched the crew who stuck to business even when Mell had to leave to take care of other matters. They are a good reliable and friendly team.
All the work was done the next day after our 20 year old well failed. That is impressive, and I appreciate the improvements they made in my system. I also appreciate the education about my system as they worked.
Mell's family was known by my son and we learned that Naffco has been in the well drilling business in Clovis for many years, in fact back into the 60's when Mell's grandfather started the business.
Mell called me back within a few hours of completing the job to see if everything was working as it should, and said that he would be following up with me periodically to see how things are going. Mell leads a good customer service oriented business.
Yes I would recommend Naffco to anyone who has a well issue. Mell is a person I trust to be honest and fair in his interactions with customers. They are quick reliable and honest. The community can be proud to have his services.

Naffco Well has been great to work with. I initially gave them a deposit to put my name on a waiting list while I looked for a home builder. I was on their list for almost 2 years. Once I had decided on a contractor I notified Naffco to let them know our target start date. Melvin checked in continually so we could coordinate with the house builder. Melvin always returned my phone calls promptly, and was on the job site when he said he would be. He kept the job site clean,and was always professional. Since my home was completed I had a couple of minor problems and as soon as I called Melvin he was there within 24 hours. Melvin even helped troubleshoot my landscaping problem. I wholeheartedly recommend Melvin and Naffco Well.

Them guys use top of the line equipment.the jobs are always done right and in a timely manner.and Competitive pricing adds up to a. Satisfying experience.i wouldn't go with any other company.

Behind the wall our shower was leaking and We have an older home built in 1950 I am so Thankful for 559 Leak Detection they caught the problem early. Highly recommend that you have this done it could potentially save you thousands!

I believed we had a slab leak due to a warm area on our kitchen floor. 559 Leak Detection came out and found exactly where the leak was coming from. They gave us options how to repair it. We noticed our floor was warm and our gas bill was higher than normal, We called 559 leak detection and they came out and explain the process and with their leak detection equipment found the leak in our laundry room under the foundation. They gave us different options and We decided to go with the hot water repipe. They were fast efficient and clean and they even repaired the dry wall for us. Thanks 559 leak detection for giving us our hot water back on and lowering our hot water bill significantly!

Been having floods over a year with several plumbers coming in and out my home got destroyed because of the flood where I couldn’t even live in my home. I found this place on my own without the warranty company and they immediately found my issue and located where the busted pipe was and fixed it and OMG thank you soooooooooo much it has been fixed every since. The guys were great, worked pretty quickly and fixed my issue. Thank you guys I will be keeping you for all services now.

I can't say enough about Jason our “Project Manager” was helpful and crazy easy to schedule and work with. The guys that performed the job were first and foremost INFORMATIVE, helpful and extremely professional. I have never lived on a septic, and having to almost replace the entire system at a hefty $10k price tag … I’d expect the above. I am not a business, I’m a simple (new) rancher. At $10k, it only took me a couple days to come up with the money and fund the project. The fellas came out a second time, popped the second compartment, put a piece of PVC in and apparently that was $250. And here in lies the only beef with this company. When they popped that second compartment, it already had a riser. When I asked for a bill, the foreman told me he did not bring one. I had cash in hand but no bill… I figured since I was going to add a leech line anyways, figured it would be included in the $10k bill .. nope.. Sent me a “Past Due Notice” .. So once the job was completed, we received the bill ($10k and change) and I went in-person to pay with my card, residential folks don’t write checks, I haven’t written one in over 20 years. Especially a check for over $10k .. that check falls into the wrong hands, they would have completely wiped me out, “wash” the check and I’m screwed. I was in the office holding a card with the exact amount on it … who carried $10k in cash ?? I surely don’t and won’t especially where this company is located. Instead of allowing me to pay, they said .. no we will add $350 to my bill to run a card. Say what ?!?? You are going to allow someone leave your business holding $10k and won’t wave $350 bucks ?? That’s not how I’m used to doing business personally. Either tell people up front (probably lose business if you do) but be up front. When your crew goes out to the job make sure they have the bills, or have the project manager advise of this ridiculous $350 additional. Especially….. after this residence I took over, after my folks passed away and were long time customers, this is how you treat customers returning for your services? Like I said, the work was quality, I learned a ton and they were clean and pleasant guys that worked extremely hard and knew their respective jobs. Highly recommend this business FOR strictly businesses that pay by check, I would not recommend for residential unless ur really comfortable writing a $10k check (which I absolutely refuse to do) … After working as a “public servant” for the past 20 years, I wouldn’t write a check in Fresno … ever. They are frequently “washed” and stolen from businesses just like this. Update your accounting and I’ll gladly come back … Loved working with your employees on this project.

Kevin came out the same day I called and got me a quote the next day. A week later the returned and put a new leech line in. They arrived on time and got right to work. Very nice guys! We are pleased with what they did.

I have been using Big Bore for many years. The guys are great and do excellent work. Everyone works well together. They have the best equipment operators and can get the work done fast and efficiently. I highly recommend them to everyone.
