We had a poor experience with another septic company that resulted in our whole house backing up. Big bore was dispatched by our home warranty to pump our septic system and we are very pleased with their work. They were honest, extremely quick, and professional! I will continue to use big bore drilling in the future.

Had six holes drilled for tree planting. The drillers were on time and did an excellent job. Each 24 inch hole was drilled to a depth of 10 ft. I would highly recommend Big Bore Drilling.

Big Bore put in a new leach line for me. They where on time, very professional, on time, respectful of me and my property. They did break a water line (which was unavoidable) but fixed it before they left. I would recommend this company in a hot minute to anyone. I'm going to say the cost of the installation was reasonable considering, the equipment, the crew, and the hours it took to install it. With the exception of a large pile of dirt, you wouldn't be able to tell the work was done. They even put the wood chips back. Now I can wash cloths and still flush the toilet!

We had an excellent experience with Big Bore Drilling! Our project was extensive due to the complexity of our properties shape/landscaping but Big Bore was able to get it completed with no issue. They were available, communicative and informative from beginning to end and were able to schedule us in a timely manner for everything, from getting test holes dug to inspections all the way through to completion. We are relieved to have our new septic system installed and appreciate Big Bore making the process seamless!

They got so many bathtubs and shiny knobs on the walls. I picked up a Hamat kitchen faucet, though, after I got tired of all the knob sampling. A great location to shop if you're looking for serious home upgrades or a PLETHORA of knobs.
