Their quick response, willingness to explain procedures/answer questions and high level of work has impressed me.

An all around great experience. They were fast and fair, and incredibly nice. I'd definitely recommend them.

So I told them I had a leak and it's right in front of the spa can you fix it ,and they told me it would be 300 dollars to just find the leak, and I said I told you it's right in front, she said it's still going to be 300 so I give them a 👎🏿

They detected the wrong thing on my pool, when I called for some type of re-test or warranty on their work, the lady that answered stated I would be charged again if they went out again. Costumer service is a joke.

Didn’t properly diagnose leak issue leading to significant damage and cost. The woman in the office is the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. I do not recommend this company.

After 5 years following their repair of a major water leak in our home, I called them with what I thought was a related warrantee problem. They were at my house the next day and resolved my issue.

These guys are so awesome. We had a serious leak in our water main and they explained it and fixed it perfectly and in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.

Very good experience from beginning to end. Customer service was fantastic! Jennifer was always super helpful. The guys that came out worked very hard all day and stayed late to make sure it looked perfect! Highly recommend this company.

Jennifer was incredibly helpful when I called to figure out what to do with our leaking pool. That was the case even though she didn't make an immediate sale. (The pool is currently empty, waiting to be replastered, and it's possible that the replastering will take care of the leak issue.)

The leak was quickly found and attic plumbing was found necessary. Am leaks Jennifer scheduled everything and JOse made it happen. His amazing crew worked hard and long (great team work) and did a beautiful job ! Thanks to ALL!.

I just did a whole house repiping with this company and they did a great job. Jennifer is very knowledgable and professional. She got this stressful job done from start to finish.The crew did the work on-time, clean and efficiently. I highly recommend for a big, pricey repiping job. They really know what they are doing and I saved a lot of money.

Waited a week for them to come out after I told them I was doing my own repairs and when they finally showed up they said their equipment was not working properly so they couldn't find the leak. I then found out they came out the next day and fixed a leak for another customer while I waited a week. Shady business practice so I cant imagine what else is shady about their company. Call a real plumbing company not these scammers.

Extremely professional personnel in both the office and the technician sent to diagnose the issue. Communication from Jennifer was professional, timely and informative. Tou diagnosed the issue almost immediately and showed me where the leak originated. I would highly recommend this company
