My small 1965 western home was purchased June 2019, 10 months into the purchase 2020 the year of Pandemic a dry well collapsed. Big Bore was the only company who was willing to come out and install leach lines. This year I found a sink hole above my leach line, called Big Bore (Kevin) pulled up my history and told me not to worry they will be out to assess the problem, their guys Francisco and Jessie came out 2 hours later. They assessed the hole and did A 45 min water test to make sure the lines are working properly, they emptied my tank and even put a rope around the lid so the next time I needed to check the tank I don’t have to use my shovel to lift the lid. These two men were awesome, informative of what not to do while living on septic, they also told me to open up the second tank so next time they can empty both for the same price. They are very professional 👍🏾👍🏾 two thumbs up gentleman, thank you.

Francisco and Jesse did a great job pumping my septic tank and installing risers and lids. Very knowledgeable. Explained the valves and switched the valves to open one and close one. I got a lesson in how the system works. I am very pleased with Big Bore Drilling and their service. I will continue to use this company and recommend them.
