Great service, helped me find what I needed for my project!

Called looking for specific part. Referred to them by manufacturer's distributor. Gave them part number, couldn't find it, didn't know how to look it up. Should've been a simple catalog look-up and order. Wow.

The only problem i have with fresno D is not at the store itself but when i call in to see if they carry the items i need there are times i cant come to fresno and call in but it takes over a hr to get a hold of someone or they disconnect me after holding for over 30 minutes other than that they carry most things and are fast when you go to the store there

The worst customer service I’ve ever had. Waited around for 30 minutes. All 4 guys were out smoking cigarettes while 5 of us were waiting in line. Never will I come back. Wouldn’t be surprised if this place goes out of business.

Horrible customer service. Been waiting for 20 mins (still waiting) they haven’t said anything like we will be right with you nothing. White lady came in they acknowledged her right away. (We Are Hispanic ) now they are attending the white lady before us when it was our turn.

Finishing our kitchen remodel. Amir was a huge help to us. He assisted us with all of our appliances and new sink. He is a true gentleman and was honorable through the whole process. Very responsive to my questions and requests. To sum up. He under promised and over delivered. Great job. I will be back and will only work with Amir. Top man.

Amazing service, super knowledgeable, great prices. I purchased a replacement face plate for a large wall heater, home Depot was $167ish and they we're $95ish.

Bought a motor for swamped cooler in its box. New!! So I thought.. a couple days later the thing fried, come to find out the manufacturer date is from 2014. Called to get it replaced not even asking for a refund for the rude man at the counter raising his voice at me , in a nut shell said it's a manufacturer problem not ours. After beakerinng at each other I get no were to help my need and hangs up the phone. Really !!! How is it going to look when manufacturer finds out this moter is from 2014? When they only do one year warranties. Do they not see something not right here? Wooo!!!

Tried calling to see if they had they carry the wire I needed. After a few minutes on the phone with the electrical department I just gave up. 12 gage outdoor wire with 4 wires + ground, suitable for burying in conduit, should not be a difficult thing to describe or understand. He ended up telling me they don't carry any "cords like that, just have wires on a spool they can cut off". Ya think? And "we don't have anything for direct burial". One - why not?? And two - I specifically stated about 10 seconds prior that it's going in conduit. Since I couldn't get past the phone call, I wouldn't bother trying to shop here. Completely incompetent.
