I called ahead to be sure they had a swamp cooler drain in stock, the lady on the phone said they did. When I went to pick up the parts I had called about they were the wrong ones and the 6 digit code I gave her did not match (after a 10 min phone conversation detailing the name of the part and the code). Another staff member (from the plumbing side) came to help, he said that because they are not a True Value store he doesn't know where those parts are. I walked around the store till I found the parts that I called about. They only had 4 of the swamp cooler drains in stock, I bought all four and asked them if they could order 8 more for me. The man said yes and they would be on the next truck order that comes in on Tuesday. I went in today a week after I bought the first 4 parts and the man working today told me "I am the one in charge of ordering and I haven't done so, I dont sell those parts very often so I didn't order any." I specifically told this store to order more and they ignored my request. This is by far the worst customer service and least helpful staff I have run into. I will not be returning here and I highly suggest you dont either!

So over a weeks ago I ordered 4 springs, they were supposed to be here 3 day after, week later Fernanda calls to give an update on the order, no big deal,so today walk in to the store to pick up my order but Jr would not even bother to check for my name on the system, so I guess I have to come back when ever Fernanda, really helpful person by the way, comes back, wait! Is she even working today? I just hope she is no on vacation lol.

Drove down the mountain to get my favorite paint colors (by Sherwin Williams) mixed in a Benjamin Moore base. Fernanda was SO helpful and made the job of painting the exterior of our house easier. Peter and Mike were a great help.

Brought a Moen faucet didn't work.
Wife brought it back and some sales person said they wouldn't take it back and she had to mail it back. Only about a week or two old.
Long story short she got on him and they finally credit our card. Bad thing is the other moen we bought for the laundry room. Sprayer button g uit working and the sales guy was so rude she doesn't want to go back. Probably just mail it.
Would not recommend this store..

Went here to get a 50 gallon gas water heater, which they had in stock. Miguel was super helpful and answered all our questions. A little better price than HD, but the customer service here was miles apart! Will gladly shop here again.

Peter and Jr. were super friendly and they provided a great service. I came here with my dad, and they even offer free popcorn to their customers. Overall, it was a good experience and not as boring as other stores.

I had been dreading repairing or replacing a leaky water valve for our tub. Once I took the valve out I couldn’t find anywhere that carried just the replacement valve. After going Standard Plumbing Supply I was amazed at the size of the place and everything they carried. Immediately the two guys at the counter acknowledged me and not only were able to tell me who made the part(s) I was looking for, but were eager to find and retrieve the parts for me. Too my surprise it was a perfect match, but low and behold the price for the part had significantly gone up in price within the last week. For a little over a hundred bucks and 30 minutes later I was home with the valve installed and the tub/shower running good as new. I highly recommend this place and will be back. Thanks guys.

Fernanda in the paint department was awesome! I was looking for a product that I had been using on a project on our house. Everywhere I looked it was totally out of stock. Fernanda went out of her way to locate some for me! She even had some brought in from out of state. Her service was exceptional and much more than I could have asked for. You don't find that kind of service much anymore! I give her 10 🌟⭐

Went it in looking for a floor sink grate , Miguel Jr was rude and not helpful. I told him I needed certain size grate , he explained that it wouldn’t fit because I needed to know the exact brand name , so I needed to jack hammer the ground to look under the floor sink just to get the name of the floor sink , how incredibly horrible advice and replace it all just for a grate . Turning a 40$ grate into thousands dollar job . The bald headed manager reexplained the exact same thing( needing to jackhammer the ground for a floor sink name) . I took the grate cause to me it fit the exact measurements , came back 30 min later and it worked exactly like It needed to snug . Horrible attitude and horrible customer service for both . They both rather argue then find fair solution . Rated 2 star only cause the grate fit perfectly .

Very helpful! I was running all over town looking for parts for my shower but seemed no one could help me. Finally someone from another store suggested I try Standard Plumbing. I’m glad I did. I walked into the store and the salesman knew exactly what I needed. Within 5 minutes I was walking out with all the parts I needed for my repairs. I highly recommend Standard Plumbing!

They were able to able to service my drains and clear up the issue very fast and customer service was amazing. They were very nice and easy going and had no issues with answering any questions I had and was very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend for any drain needs.

Had blockage of roots from a City tree towards clean-out valve located at the end of my yard towards sewer line. I explained my situation he understood the urgency for this and came out the next day! He knew exactly what needed to be done and finished the job in a timely manner. He made sure everything was flowing smoothly. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience with this company and the owner! My laundry room flooded when I was doing a load of laundry and water was simultaneously backing up into my kitchen sink. When I originally called to see if they could help me I was immediately put at ease by the phone call - James (the owner) answered all of my questions and was very kind and patient. When he came out to my house he was very nice and professional and fixed the issue easily! Well under an hour, and he had me run the washer while he was there just to be sure it was all draining properly again and to put my mind at ease. I’m so thankful! I’m also happy to find out they do general plumbing repairs/work too, so this will be my go-to company from now on! Yay! Highly recommend!
