Charged $575 to diagnose a problem with a tankless water heater. No repair work done. Spent time on the phone with the Navien company, put a meter on to read the propane pressure. Informed us the problem “may be” in the propane delivery to the unit and that we’d need to call them. Even at today’s expensive economy prices that’s too much to “diagnose” and not do any repairs.

Responded quickly to our issue and Robert was very efficient in his work. We will contact them anytime we have a plumbing need.

Joey is detail oriented and takes his time to make sure the job is done well! Great communication. I'll never go with a large company again. Had a name brand look at our tankless water heater and they said that it would be around $3,000 to replace the water heater. Got a second opinion and Joey was quick to walk through a process to make sure it didn't need to be replaced. He said if it didn't work, then he would replace parts instead of the whole thing. Thankfully everything was less than $250 and we have hot water again! Thanks Joey. I am was so impressed by his work and attention to detail
