I had a great experience with Valley Plumbing. Called on a Friday and they were able to get me in the same day to have someone come out and give me an no fee estimate. Archie and Moses came by and were very professional, friendly and THOROUGH. They explained everything simply and upfront and the pricing was reasonable. Would definitely recommend to give these guys a call for your plumbing needs.

We live in a remote area of the Sierra foothills so it is not always easy to get service people to help us. Archie and Moses of Valley Star Plumbing traveled twice to our home, once for the estimate and then again for the service work. They arrived on time prepared to complete the work, performing with expertise, integrity and a friendly, professional attitude. We highly recommend Valley Star Plumbing!

Archie and his team are amazing to work with, I was looking for a good plumbing company like the previous one that has been in my house I was not happy with the service they did and I came across Valley Star Plumbing and was going through the reviews and everyone was happy with the quality service they provided and I decided to give them a chance, I am very happy that I chose Valley Star Plumbing and I’m very happy with the service they provided, they did schedule me very quickly and came to my house to look at the plumbing problems the very next day, from the 1st inspection I was happy with company’s professionalism and I decided to hire them for my project, they did an amazing job on fixing the current problems I had. I wanted to upgrade my water heater, and they gave me a fair price for the job they did, a better price than any other company gave me and then I decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater. The job was done promptly and they were very thorough in whatever they did. Very honest and professional company, we will use them again and will recommend them to friends and family!!! Called them to look at a leak coming from the attic. It caused a lot damage to the ceiling and drywall which initially was a bit overwhelming. Archie was very kind, knowledgeable and he put my concerns to rest once he assessed the problem. It was a quick fix and I highly recommended Valley Star Plumbing!

We called Valley Star this morning for a clogged kitchen drain and they were able to get out here the same day, the 2 technicians were very friendly and professional and were able to unclog the drain and clean out the hot water line which had low pressure for a very long time. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

My hot water heater went out just as school was starting...I frantically called Valley Star Plumbing and even though they were booked, they made a special appointment for me at 6:30 a.m. Moses and John (technicians) were so friendly and helpful and thorough in their repairs. They even managed to find a replacement gas valve for my older unit and saved me over $1500 so I didn't have to buy a new unit. Great response time and customer support...Thank you!!!

Worst company ever. I was hustled by this low level plumbing co. for $225 for a couple seconds of work. Supposed to be free estimates. I did not receive one. Don't let these crooks take food out of your family's mouth. I will be calling the BBB on them.

I called in a panic and they responded right away. Scheduled my repair appointment and quoted a fair price. They were punctual and very helpful and explained everything to me. I really appreciate the effort they went to. Very satisfied with the work!

We only have one bathroom. I appreciate they came as fast as possible. Courteous and efficient. Explained all the the work they were doing. I will definitely use them again if needed and I recommend them. Archie and his helper were very professional and pleasant. Great work.

Valley Star Plumbing was efficient and fixed a problem in my shower at my new home. They were friendly, respectful of my flooring by wearing shoe covers and educated me along with the process. I highly recommend this family owned business. I will use them again if I have any plumbing concerns.

Valley Star Plumbing is hands down the most professional service team I have dealt with, from setting up the service appointment to getting the job done, they made it easy. I had a 8-10 am window for them to come and install a new disposal and they were at my home right at 8 a.m. they were respectful and were in and out in 45 minutes. I couldn’t have asked for better quality service. To the owner (Archie) you have a great team and a client they will continue using your service.

We had Valley Star install a tankless water heater last summer (June 2024) that we are happy with. A few weeks ago we noticed we had a pretty big leak so I called and they came out the same day to fix it at no extra charge. They stand behind the warranty and guarantee of their work. We are very happy with them and will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.

I called in the morning and Duncan and John Anthony were there the same afternoon! They were both professional, friendly and didn’t seem to mind when a plumbing line wasn’t easy to find. Everything is working perfectly now :) I will definitely be saving Valley Star Plumbing in my contacts to use again and to recommend.
