Since 2001, Ron and his team have assisted me with my 140-year-old Victorian building, which consists of six apartments and a restaurant on Haight Street. Every time, he provided economical options and completed the task to perfection. They replaced a main line beneath the crowded sidewalk and worked on the sewer pipes from a 30 foot ladder on the back of the building at one point, as well as occasionally in a 3 foot high crawlspace beneath a running restaurant. The fact that they accomplished their tasks without bothering my renters or the general public seemed magical.

i was having trouble with my rinnai water heater, and saw a 1st fresno plumbing truck advertising that they work on rinnai heaters, so i decided to give them a call. pedro and todd came out and were really polite and clearly knew all about plumbing. they fixed up my old rinnai, cleaned up after themselves, and told me to reach out if i had any more problems, but they seemed sure the job was done right. so far, everything's working perfectly. i’ll definitely call again if i need a plumber.

i have no complaints about any of the plumber services i received. it was a straight forward job when i had an emergency leak at my place in fresno. the remodel in my home had a messed up pipe because they put one vertically next to a window. while trying to drill into a stud, i accidentally drilled into the pipe. 1st fresno plumbing came out very fast, within 30 minutes, to check out the issue. bryan from the team started working right away, and within an hour the pipe was fixed and everything was back to normal. it was a scary situation but these guys were awesome to work with. bryan had family helping too, and everyone was friendly and professional. they even offer 24/7 emergency plumbing services, which is good to know. after the job, bryan was nice enough to give me a credit based on another company's offer, which showed real integrity. i really appreciate how honest and helpful everyone was.

when my hot water heater stopped working, i needed a fast replacement. i called a few different plumbers and also checked with some big home improvement stores. eduardo from the plumbing company gave me the best price by far. he offered to let me buy the water heater myself and just pay him for the installation, or he could get it from his own supplier. i found a similar model online, but when i gave eduardo the details, he got back to me in less than half an hour with an even better deal, and he also offered to pick up and deliver the water heater to my house. eduardo scheduled me for the very next day and even called ahead to see if coming early would work for me. he showed up on time, put in a new shut off valve at no extra charge, and made sure to clean up the area really well—including dirt and dust that were already there before he started working. his installation was fast and professional, and everything worked perfectly. in california, it can get pretty warm, so having reliable hot water is a must, and finding an honest and skilled plumber is so important. i’m really happy with the service and will call them again if i ever need plumbing help. i highly recommend their work.
