Occasionally a bad situation can be turned around that becomes a good experience. I have a home in Ahwahnee that the sewer backed up and there was water in the shower and also in the tub. Both toilets were not working because of the back-up and it was almost the weekend. Fortunately, I was put in contact with Stedman’s Plumbing in Friant, CA. They were backed up with their schedule but were able to come the next day (evening) to flush the system and put a camera in the pipe to find a blockage. Patrick (tech who did the work) made sure the indoor plumbing was working before he left. The following Tuesday Patrick was back to dig the area out where the pipe was blocked, replaced a 6-foot section with schedule 40 ABS and brought everything up to code. He also took pictures that he shared with me showing the damage and the repaired pipe and quality work. After back-filling the trench Patrick checked all of the indoor plumbing. I am not easily impressed but this company has integrity and is dedicated to excellence. Needless to say, I highly recommend this company and if you are lucky you will get to work with Patrick, he is amazing and will take the time to explain the process.

Steadmans Plumbing replaced a control valve on my water heater under AO Smith's warranty. Unfortunately, AO Smith doesn't cover labor after the first year. I had a competitor quote me $500 to install the part shown in the photo. I remained calm when he mentioned it and knew he was price-gouging. Steadmans quoted me significantly less and was straightforward and honest. They did not try to take advantage of me. You don't need to look any further—give them a call!

Stedman’s Plumbing goes above and beyond! My home warranty dispatched them and they were out the very next day to fix my toilet and my tub faucet that was only putting out hot water. Pat was friendly and respectful to my home wearing shoe covers after he entered. He fixed my faucet that others couldn’t. I’ll call on Stedman’s in the future if I need a plumbing service again. I highly recommend!!

James removed and installed a new toilet for us. He was a really nice guy, showed up on time and he even was willing to help install some plumbing hardware for the bidet we installed for our toilet...so he went above and beyond and was very nice about everything. Thanks James!

Dan from Stedmans hooked us up!!!! Called 9pm night before they called 8 am next morning . They were here at 9 am. He saw what he needed to fix and didnt have all the parts he needed so he went to the supply house and grabbed parts came back and installed them by 10 am. He cleaned up his work area as if he were never here. Takeing a shower here very soon thanx to Dan The Man!!
