Patrick had a friendly line of communication that kept me updated throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable and showed/explained the problems to me. It took about an hour to take care of three different issues. He took his time to test out the three items to make sure the problems were resolved before he left. I would definitely recommend Stedman’s Plumbing to family, friends, and anyone with any plumbing issues for their quality of work, friendliness, and professionalism.

The owner himself came out for the call! He was VERY polite and knowledgeable. He was able to snake our sewer line very quickly and efficiently to get us back up and flowing. He also gave us a new perspective on what is causing our plumbing issues.

Just had a very successful garbage disposal install. Stedman plumbing did a next day appointment when we called. Patrick gave us a good overview of our options, and did a thourough check of the system when he was done. This is a very professional outfit!

I'm very impressed with Steadman. My sister used them and gave me their contact info. I had put off a shower cartilage repair because the company i originally called quoted me $498 but told me it could easily be over $600 of more was wrong. Steadman quoted and did the job for $225. They were quick to get me set up with a tech for the repair. Dan was friendly, nice to my dogs, and knew exactly what he was doing. He wasted no time and communicated effectively so I knew what he did if I ever need the info. I will call then next time I need a plumber. Thank you!!

Terrific job!... Stedman's Plumbing was referred by my Home Insurance company. And I was very impressed with Dan's (& Paul) professionalism, friendliness and commitment to getting the job done right. I've had other plumbers look at my water heater and conclude they didn't know anything about that particular unit, and walked away. However, Dan called the manufacturer on multiple occasions, waiting in long lines on on the phone. Additionally, he researched online in order to educate himself about my water heater, and was able to identify and replace the malfunctioning part.
I couldn't be happier with the level of diligence and thoroughness shown by Dan. I would strongly recommend Stedman's for your plumbing work, and hopefully your technician is like Dan!

Had a shower faucet leak, got an appointment quickly, and JR fixed it in about 5 minutes withe new pipe and faucet and looks better than before. It was covered under my home warranty so I didn’t pay a penny. Great company, very professional, friendly, and competent.

Great experience.Business resonded the same day we called in for a water leak. Dan and Paul found the issue quickly. A fair price was quoted for the repairs.Came back the next day and fixed the issue. Dan and Paul were both very friendly, pleasant and knowledgable. Fixed us right up.

Ben and his partner came over to fix my garbage disposal and glad I did! They came in and fixed it right away and they were very nice and helpful. They even tightened my sink faucet that was loose. By noticing that it was loose they help me prevented future damage from the leaky faucet. So, thanks to this for noticing the faucet. Excellent customer service!

I’m so happy with my experience with Stedman’s Plumbing. Water was pouring from the bottom of My garbage disposal and flooded underneath the sink. Therefore I wasn’t able to use my sink or garbage disposal. I put in a service request through (AHS) and approximately 10 minutes later I got a text with an appointment, which was for the very next day between 11:00 and 1:00pm. I’ve never had such a fast service response or appointment. On the day of the appointment I got a call around 10:15 am saying they were on their way. That made me even happier. When Paul and Dan arrived they introduce themselves and even shook my hand. Which I thought was very polite. The service was fast, and very efficient. They also took the time to make sure everything was working properly before they left. I was very impressed from start to finish with this company, and most definitely with Paul and Dan. I would definitely recommend this company.
