Needed a plumber to repair a leaky water heater on a Saturday. Not a problem for this crew. Darren was punctual and courteous. Explained the scope of the work and the rates up front. Upon repair, Darren encountered another issue and created a temp fix to keep hot water flowing for my family through the weekend until the new part arrives later in the week. Very satisfied with the service and recommend Darren and Vern’s anytime.

Another service provider I've trusted for years recommended Vern's plumbing to me, when I related that I needed a plumber. I called Vern's for an appointment to repair a leaky spigot attached to the water main to my house. The plumber was efficient, and carefully watched the pipes and valve assembly to assure no further leakage. He also nicely conveyed the details and terms of the work.
About two weeks later I called Vern’s plumbing with another unrelated problem that involved an area of wet ground that seemed might be from an underground leak. I had noticed it weeks ago, but had to wait till a few days of dry weather for the plumber to see it. Vern’s again arrived timely for the appointment. The plumber inspected the area, fully explained every possible angle that could cause slight seeping, and recommended that it is not a concern. He kindly took the time to describe what to look for to know if it needs work in the future. Most surprising, since the rain prevented addressing this issue during the previous appointment, they waived the second service-call fee! I am delighted to find a plumber I will call on for any plumbing issue, and glad to recommend Vern’s.

Vern's plumbing merge with Lee's plumbing I like when their services separated and you had better services I called them I had a plumbing issue they couldn't get to it right away so I had to call a different plumber or handyman to fix my problem they don't have a 24-hour plumber on duty they give you a work order . you can't get to you right away and you would have to wait a couple days when you have an emergency issue in your home you can't wait you need a plumber right away that's why you called them. I prefer a 24-hour plumber to fix my problem. Waiting issue is a bad business deal!

Abraham was polite, professional, and patient! I’m really glad he was able to get to my house to fix our clogged toilet despite how busy they were on Saturday. It took a while, but Abraham got the job done.

Plumber came out from 100 miles away at 11pm at night to address my plumbing issue. Solution turned out to be very simple but he was not annoyed for having made the trip. It was simple to him because he is a knowledgeable professional. It was monumental to me because he solved my problem and I was able to salvage a peaceful night sleep..

Through this whole experience from start to finish all gentlemen (3 total) were very responsive to answer my questions, step by step letting us know what was to take place & how long the job would take. When we were trying to figure out how to pay for this plumbing disaster everyone was very helpful in finding a loan to Mark helping me on the computer get the application filled out. Very impressed with everyone & their professionalism. We are very happy. We just had something else happen & had Enrique C out to solve the problem & a follow up with Loreto F. I was on the freaked out side & both Enrique & Loreto "LISTENED" to everything I said which is a huge plus for me. This helped to calm me down. The problem was resolved & once again a huge THANK YOU!! & we are very happy & would highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

The Roto Rooter team did a fantastic job. Enrique showed up within an hour from us discovering our emergency on a Saturday. From then on they were extremely professional, courteous and highly communicative. Enrique and Diego kept the area very tidy as they worked and constantly let me know what they were doing and what was going on. The entire team did the job in as timely a manner as the job allowed and when they completed the job, the area looked as though nothing had happened at all. Despite the fact that the work that needed to be done far exceeded what we thought the problem was, the team were very helpful from the initial diagnosis, to the financing aspect, through the work itself, and into the work completion. I would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

Angle and Ramon are very professional and get the job done in a very timely manner. I will be sure to use them again at my complex
