I had a leaking sewer line in my basement that needed immediate repair. I called and they sent a technician to my house next day. Great customer service. Rotor rooter quoted me a price that I felt was too expensive. We were able to negotiate on the price and agreed to a lower rate. Very fast and excellent pipe repair extremely satisfied with the result. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!!

The gentleman was very alert at what he was doing and was able to operate on his own. He had very good costumer care and gave me all the instructions on what he was going to and performed task very fast.

I called on a Saturday because our toilet was backed up and flooded into the bathtub. Our usual plumber came out and could not remedy the situation. I called Roto-Rooter. They came out within an hour and had the equipment to clean the drain all the way to the street. Enrique was very professional and very personable. I do highly recommend them.

Amazing service! Jesus Gomez was dispatched to my mom’s house within the hour on a Friday afternoon. I spoke to Jesus over the phone and he did a great job explaining everything to me because I could not be there. He also did the same to my mom in Spanish. He did a very professional job and we couldn’t be happier!

I woke up one morning to find a flooded house due to a cracked pipe. I called Roto Rooter and they promptly responded. I found them to be friendly and professional. Most importantly they got the problem fixed quickly. The same can be said of their restoration service which is currently working on the water damage. I highly recommend their services.

On a Sunday, a few hours before the arrival of 7 guests, sewer water started coming up in both showers, the bathtub and around the bottom of the toilets.

Roto Rooter had a tech, Andrew, out later in the day. After a few hours Andrew had everything good as new!

He was polite, efficient and kept me informed throughout the process. I would recommend Roto Rooter if you have plumbing issues.
