Said they would come between 2pm and 4pm. Never got a call, no one ever showed. When I called back nobody picked up. Try one of the other million plumbers in Fresno over this garbage.

Beware 360 an hour seems outrageous but that"s what they charged me no parts all labor poor workmanship could not put cover on water heater afterword seems very dangerous will have to call someone else to finish job so not a fire hazard senior citizens don't call they really took advantage of us extremely disappointed

Installation went well, and installers were very professional. When i was told the job was complete and given an invoice to pay I noticed the invoice was for a totally different model water heater.

The water heater installed and the one on the contract were totally different. All my research points out that the installed unit is cheaper and less efficient than the one on the contract. I spoke to owner over the phone. I was told I was an ignorant person and referred to unit manufacture.

The crew that came out to the house, were very nice and knowledgable. They explained a few different scenarios that could be done. They helped to choose the best route we should take. We live in an older home in the country. The sewage pipes under the home had to be replaced and re-routed.

I found a water leak. Dug it up myself and found my main water line leaking. I called the city of clovis and they recommended premier plumbing. They promptly arrived, looked at the hole, drained the water out and quoted me a price for repair. They were in and out in about an hour. The technicians cleaned everything as if they were never there.I would recommend them if you are in a pinch or need honest work.

Poor communication , less than honest
As a business owner for over 40 years I know the important of treating vendors well.
I reminded the team at premier to check the new bath tub before uninstalling the existing tub (complicated upstairs install). They failed to follow the instructions. I simply said they should have followed instructions and they apparently got their feelings hurt and abandoned the job.
There was no poor treatment.

The installation was extremely fast, and a great price for a Hydronic Water Heater.

I had an issue with low pressure in both cold and hot water taps in most of the house after the install, but they came out 30 minutes after I called and we discovered it was just debris (we have very hard water) that was loosened upon installation of the water heater. They cleared up one sink and showed me how to do it.

After clearing that up, everything is working perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

Honest and efficient and knowledgeable! We honestly can’t praise them enough. Very good at trouble shooting and figuring out plumbing problems and issues.

I paid full price for a simple visit to receive no information or solution for my issue and no repairs. This company came to check my toilet that is not working. The technician said he was not sure what the issue was but MAYBE I should buy another toilet and see if that is the problem. I was charged $69 for the visit, zero work was done, no conclusion or solution was offered. Yet I paid full price for a visit. I would not recommend

We had our drains clogged; the toilets wouldn't flush and water was flowing up into our bathtub. We called Premier Plumbing after a referral, and we couldn't have been more satisfied! Sean Hickey was our service technician, and he is a hardworking, personable, and an all-around honest guy. He came on time and was professional throughout our encounter; he also gave us a lot of information about our issue. The price is absolutely reasonable. We definitely would recommend them due to our experience with Sean Hickey.

Premier Plumbing is my go-to place for plumbing repairs. I always have fantastic and speedy service. My last service call was truly exceptional and worth taking the time to review. Our technician Robert G was wonderful to deal with. Not only was he knowledgeable with all the questions me and my wife had, he quoted us a very fair price. Updated: Was finally charged for my second service about 3 months after the fact. Never noticed it wasn’t charged when the service was completed and I had given them my card for payment. Definitely not a fan of that. Invoice should of been paid when I gave them my credit care information. After reviewing the first service they did the same thing as well.

Have used them twice now and they’ve been great. DJ has been my tech twice and he did great work
