The staff is friendly but both times I've called them to take care of something, both times they were unable to fix it, and both times I've had to call another plumber or contractor to come in and fix it. I wouldn't normally mind but the fact that we were charged $69 and then later $285 for two wrong diagnoses is frustrating. I called them the 2nd time thinking the 1st time must have been a one off, and believing that we would be paying $69 to get another diagnosis. We then got charged for $285 for another diagnosis that was completely wrong. The plumber who came cut out a hole in our drywall, left it as is, and said we needed to get a $30,000 repair. I called a contractor out and it was absolutely not a $30,000 repair. I called to ask about the balance my husband paid and the staff stated that the $285 was for work. They then stated if there was a concern about cost, I should have mentioned it at that moment. If I was there, I definitely would have.

I told them no work was done, this was diagnostic only, and they circled back to saying that was the work since that took him an hour. Their solution for my grievance was to have another tech come out, take another look, and have us pay another diagnostic fee. I declined. I understand professionals need to get paid for their services but this very much felt like they were trying to collect money while offering nothing.

To owner's reply: We had no issue paying the diagnostic fee for the water heater issue. The second visit is where my grievances are. Your plumbers told us all lower cabinets and flooring need to be removed. The hole your plumbers cut wasn't anywhere near the line so I'm not sure what they could have determined - all they could visualize was insulation. Your plumbers explicitly said, "This is a repair that will cost a minimum of $30,000. We charge more than that, but if any other plumber charges anything less than $30,000, then they're not going to do it right." Then they collected $285. That's what I'm not happy with. It's dishonest. You are welcome to call me, but this was my experience.

Martin came highly recommended and he delivered on all accounts. My water heater had been acting up and a previous provider helped clear one error code, only to have another begin to pop up. Martin came and inspected it, gave it a little cleaning and ensured that everything was correctly put together from the last visitor. Last night was the first night with any error codes in over a week. Hopeful it remains that way, but regardless, thankful of Martin and Premier Plumbing. Greatly appreciated his knowledge and ability to explain important components and concepts in a friendly and easy to understand manner.

Wise Wizard Plumber Martin is worth his weight in gold! He is a true environmentalist saving a non leaking 2012 Commercial Bradford Gas Water Heater from the landfill by replacing the industrial flow switch and getting Hot Water again in Our Victorian Fraternity 20 bed Mansion at Fresno State. Very professional service. Santiago listened carefully to my concern about a large gap between two of the septic tank covers, which was letting in dirt and rainwater. At first, the idea was to replace one of the covers to make it fit better. When Santiago and his partner came back to do the job, they worked patiently to slide the covers together tightly. They realized the end piece overlapped outside of the tank, so they adjusted it, closed up all the gaps, and sealed them well. There was no need for a new cover, which saved me a lot of money. I definitely recommend this plumber!

If I could give more stars, I definitely would! We have an older farmhouse with some outdated plumbing, and many larger companies seemed clueless about it when they did come out. However, Walter came right away and quickly identified the issue. We had a pipe break underneath the house, causing a big leak. None of the big companies were available to help us since it was a Sunday. But Walter responded almost instantly and kept me informed about when he would arrive. He did an excellent job, worked quickly, and there was no hassle at all. Plus, the cost was surprisingly low compared to other plumbers. He is fantastic, and I highly recommend him!
