Excellent service !!!! Would give 10 stars if I could. From the person who took my call Brandon, I believe , to the tech Raul all very professional. They promptly made an appointment and quickly did the work and unclogged a drain that we had tried to unclog without success. 💯 satisfied and 100% recommend. Will definitely call them again when needed.

He talked to me (without knowing me or who I was.) like I talk to my customers about how job should be done what type of service the customer should expect and he and his company and employees delivered.!!! He sent out Steve and took care of the issue in no time!!!! He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional .!!! This is my new go to guy!!

My property management company sent out Rods plumbing. When Rod called me to schedule a time to come out he was professional and helpful. He claimed they were a service based customer oriented, and customer satisfaction driven company.

I was dealing with this issue for 3 weeks and it was hurting my gym and my business. We had 2 other companies come out before Rods was called. Rod told me they would get it done and that himself and his employees all felt the same way about taking care of their customers.

They sent out Steve the next day.! He showed up before me and by the time I got there he had already found the problem!! He found 3 outlets and the main around my building which one company said they could find even one and they walked the whole property and the other company didn’t even bother to look!
The problem that was plaguing my business for three weeks was fixed 15 minutes later.!! Steve was knowledgeable, friendly and professional .!!! This is my new go to guy and my new go to plumbing company!!!

Rob and his crew are very professional. His crew always shows up with a friendly attitude. they’re very quick at diagnose the problem and providing a solution. Have had them out to my place twice now and have had great service each time. Rob has my business for any of my home plumbing issues.

I called 6-7 plumbing companies for information on a water heater installation. I didn’t need to call anyone else after I spoke with Rod’s. They were professional and up front from the start. They arrived on time and the installation was seamless. Big Robert, the installer, was personable and impeccably professional. I’m not usually thrilled about spending money on unexpected occurrences. Called for a plumber on Thanksgiving for a rental repair. Didn't expect anyone to be working but Sage from Rod's Plumbing called me back. Came out and assessed the damage and repaired for me. Tenants were happy that they had water returned to cook their own Thanksgiving meal. Hope Sage was able to celebrate too as we were very Grateful for his help. Thank you Sage and Rod.

After a horrible experience with a competitor last night, Rod’s Plumbing came through. It was Sunday on Labor Day weekend. They worked me in and had my sewer line cleaned out within 6 hours on a busy Sunday. Raul was absolutely wonderful and did a great job! You will hear from me in the future!

Had an excellent experience with Rod's Plumbing today. Our busy office had a clog and we called in for service. Same day - couple hours later the clog is resolved and I asked for a couple extra things to be done to the plumber Seth. He said sure, happy to help and knocked my punchlist out in minutes. Reasonable rates, same day service and came highly recommended. I would feel comfortable referring Seth to handle your plumbing needs. Give them a try.

The night before Thanksgiving We had a water pipe break at our house and we were without water. Early Thanksgiving Day Rod’s plumbing was called and Sage came out and took care of the issue . He had our water back on in swift timing!!! He has great customer service and was genuinely glad to help!!! We are Greatly appreciative!!

This was my first experience with Rods plumbing, they arrived on time and were professional straightforward. Sage, who was the lead plumber, was freaking awesome! He explained the whats, hows & why of the job without any the b/s. Pricing was straightforward, they didn't add any "extra" fees. I would and will use them for any future issues, and I definitely recommend them!

The company who saved the day! Not only with the cost, but with the service! I was without water for about a day and a half. I called all kinds of plumbers from fresno and the hoops I had to jump through just to get a price was RIDICULOUS! I called Rod and told him my story and he straight up said, this is the price, and you know what, im sending you Darren! Darren was the man for the job! Darren pulled up, I showed darren the shower valve and the replacement i had and he said, dont worry, I got this. Explained the process and he knocked it out! This is what fresno needs.
