We were quoted 35,000 from a big local plumbing company for a total repipe of our home. We called Rods plumbing where Darrin performed leak detection, and was able to identify the leak. He and Patrick repaired the leak along with a water heater and toilet repair. All issues were taken care of for 630.00. Darrin and Patrick were professional, friendly, and cleaned up well after the job. We received plenty of pictures of the corrected repairs and were informed of everything being done. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Rods. We will definitely we using Rods for any and all plumbing needs and we highly recommend everyone do the same.

Rob’s Plumbing was excellent, timely, efficient, and truly reliable. I called first thing Monday morning and within a couple of hours they were at my place of business, quickly troubleshot the issue, and had it resolved within the hour.

In times of stress and emergency situations Rod’s Plumbing is the place to call and trust. I had a water pipe leak in the middle of the night causing water flowing into my garage. One of the employees (Seth) responded immediately without hesitation after driving back into town returning from another call for service. He diagnosed the problem and was able to stop the bleeding from the water pipe. There is nothing more reassuring then being able to call a professional after hours and have them respond in a quick manner. Seth provided amazing customer service and gave an in-depth explanation of what was happen in and needed to be done. Seth was able to schedule a follow up appointment for the early next morning. Raul came out immediately the following morning. I could not be more thankful for Rod’s Plumbing and will be using their services down the line. Definitely recommend and can count on them. Seth’s expertise was reassuring and deserves a raise or promotion!

After a backed line caused flooding in my home bathroom I searched Google for plumbers with the best reviews and called around for a price comparison. I knew the moment I called Rod's that they were the right people. The owner answered my call and talked with me me like he'd known me for years. He took the time to really take an interest in my plumbing issue and to tell me about the history of his business so I could rest easy knowing I'd be hiring people who knew their stuff! Gave me honest upfront info about what to expect with the issue I was facing, and provided a quote that was very reasonable. Less than 2 hours later Darren knocked on our door and was so friendly and knowledgeable. Despite the plumbing issue being a bigger job than he anticipated he stuck to his price quote and worked hard for almost 2 solid hours getting it fixed. Our bathtub now drains faster than it ever has since we bought our house! I couldn't be happier with the service I received and I see why Rods has so many great reviews. Thank you so much Darren for all your hard work. I hope my review brings you guys more customers because you really are the best.

Holiday savers!
On christmas eve we had a toilet malfunction. In desperation I made lots of calls trying to find someone to help. One company didn't want to drive that far, what? The next wanted $180 just to look, but not come for 3 days. Finally I called Rods plumbing. From the moment Rod answered, I knew I had found the right guy. Rod was wonerful and willing to help us on christmas eve of all days.I felt immediately comfortable and that he knew what he was doing. Rod must have heard my desperation and went above and beyond to help us out. Even after their wherehouse was closed, he devised another plan. Enter Darren, he saved the day. Darren delivered and installed a brand new ada compliant toilet for my 90 year old mother. He even fixed a couple other minor issues she had. He was very personable and didn't make us feel like we were a nuisance on christmas eve. Thank you Darren and Rod for saving our christmas! If we ever need a plumber I'll definitely call you.

Great job!! We called on a Sunday night, holiday weekend. First priority was saving us money and getting us the help we needed. Waited til Monday morning and got a text first thing from the company. Told them I still wanted the assistance and they sent technician within 2 hours. After a 15 minute visit by Patrick and quick fix my hot water was up and running again. He knew exactly what to do, and saved us from buying a new water heater. Do yourself a favor, and call Rob’s Plumbing.

After they arrived, they immediately quoted me a very fair price and very soon the shower faucet valve was fixed. Adrian and Robert were both very professional and very nice guys. I did try to do the work myself but ran into some issues that I couldn’t resolve so I called them. I recommend them because they were professional, personable, and were willing to teach. Good choice for plumbing.

Martin and his son were so great to work with, they quickly made time for a leak that we had so we could get the water turned back on. Very efficient, great communication and fare pricing. They're my new go to for any plumbing needs!

We had a big plumbing job that required replacing all the plumbing underneath the house and the main sewer line to the alley, which needed four days to complete. Low cost was able to schedule us ASAP and sent a team of plumbers to tackle all the issues we were having. The whole crew led by Jesse and Tony were polite, friendly, professional, always on time and a pleasure to work with!! The communication and text updates excellent!! They fixed the issues and gave me a 10yr warranty. I will definitely be using them for future projects. Thank you lost plumbing!!

Couldn't get a response from other plumbing services. Called Low Cost Plumbing on Monday morning, nice person on phone, scheduled tech for next day. They had an earlier opening than originally scheduled which was great. Robert was on time, very nice, and we're scheduled for repairs on Wednesday.

Wanted to update after repairs were completed. I was very well impressed by Robert, Tony, and Adrian. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Robert explained what they found, what they were going to do, did a walk-thru afterwards to show what was done and answer any questions. Jennifer in the office was prompt with communication,

Just WOW! What an amazing team they have!! Anthony, Tony, Martin and Adrian! They all are super hard workers. They were professional and got the job done thoroughly and in a timely manner. They were on time and did what was promised. Very happy with my quote as well as the level of execution of the job. I had a leaking pipe under my house as well as backed up lines due to roots which required a lot of digging and messy work due to the water under my house. They gave good direction so I could save my roses before they started work, while other companies might have just removed what they needed to get the job done. They, in my eyes, went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend you give them a try!!

A root from a 35 year old tree traveled under our residential foundation, found the main sewer line under the kitchen floor, and compressed it until it cracked. Low cost plumbing had a quick response, excellent inquiry into the issue at hand, delivered a professional diagnosis, and provided low pressure options. No extra sales tricks and all work was explained in detail, to include cost. All work conducted was left to my decision making. The crew has an excellent work ethic and are determined to repair or install to your satisfaction. Highly recommend.
