Low Cost plumbing was very helpful in letting us know the problem with our water heater and giving us low cost options. Martin was very good at explaining everything in a way we could understand and was very patient with our decision. The work was done fast and we would highly recommend their services.

Very professional. Explained in detail what they needed to do, and found issues we didn't know about; different options were given. Great customer service. Will definitely recommend to a friend, and will use their services again when needed. Also very affordable.

Great service, from the day I called to getting sewer pipe done was like 3 day, 1st day call 2nd day the came out and did estimate and by 3rd day all done, 4 hours and job was done.

Highly recommend this company. Needed a water heater replaced and they were out the same day to inspect and confirm this and had it replaced the following day at a fair price all the while keeping me informed of what was going on. Sold a house and inspector noted a drip under sink. Needed to repair and I attempted to repair twice and failed. Running out of time and my wife came across owner Low Cost Plumbing at 11 am on Friday and our problem was fixed as scheduled at 4 pm. Super impressed with owner, his wife and employees who repaired issue.

From the first phone call to the service repair - all was excellent. Love the communication. This is the second time using Low-Cost plumbing and will definitely use them in the future.

Steven was great. He did the job quickly and professionally, and was very courteous. The price for replacing two hose bibs was very reasonable.

I called this morning at 8:30 AM and technicians were here by 9 AM very professional and friendly and knowledgeable. They went and picked up the heater replaced the wood that was under it that was wet and took away the old water heater. I would highly recommend this company.

The toilet closet bracket was broken, so I called Low Cost Plumbing for assistance. They were able to come out the same day I requested service. When they arrived, they introduced themselves. Their first attempt to fix the issue did not meet their satisfaction, so after consulting with a lead plumber, they devised an effective solution. They were able to adapt and overcome the challenges related to the repair. Throughout the entire process, they remained professional. Well done! Thank you!

Called this place on friday 1/23/26 because our water heater was leaking gas and the great reviews. The guy who came was nice but was confused about what's happening and how to handle it. So he said he would let his supervisor know and they will call us. He said he would put it under emergency. We'll its been 5 days. They never got back to us. It was easily fixed by someone else......

Wow thank you so much!! These guys are reliable and honest! I thought we had a sewage issue, but they came and checked everything and let us know that everything checked out good! It’s so refreshing to find someone we can call for the future that is not trying to rip us off. They even gave us a few pointers and tips. Thank you!! Definitely recommend!!

They were great. Gave us options and were very friendly. Got it done quick and were available when needed. Great at communicating with us as well. Going to need to change our boiler next and will definitely be giving them a call.

The price tag seemed high but I believe the service was worth it.

I would add 5 more stars if I could. Anthony and Adrian came out bright and early this morning to install a water heater that was very old. They got it out swept up before they put the new one in. They spent time making sure everything was perfect, showed me how to adjust it and I must say, it's beautiful. They then went out of their way to check a few things with my water line to let me know what, if anything needed to be done. Did not try to push me into buying more than what I wanted. I can't say enough, their work is outstanding, their professional, their prompt and their nice. I am very pleased and they will be my plumbers from now on. I highly recommend this company and their employees.

I noticed some watermark on my ceiling and have some concern that I may have a pipe leakage going on. I contact low-cost plumbing service and they came out and did a free inspection. Steven took his time and went through all the pipeline and found out that there was no leakage in the pipeline which was a good thing. He was able to pinpoint that the water was probably seeping through the roof vent, base on the evidence of watermarks along the vent pipe. After inspecting the roof, the vent did have breakage/cracks noted in the vent sealing that was allowing water to seep into the pipe which flow into the ceiling. He was able to reseal all of the roof vents to prevent any water from entering. Everything was done the same day, which was really fast and quick. Steven was very professional. He kept open communication and kept me in the loop of what’s going on during the whole entire process. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues. I feel that the price was reasonable and doable.

I've been using Martin for nearly 20 years. I called a different company because they recently serviced my AC for free as a promotion. They charged me to access the situation, but their quotes were outrageous, and nothing was done to remedy the immediate issue. When I try to support a different company, I come back to him. LOL He is prompt, honest, and prices have always better than others. He is good at explaining things and providing different options. It's important to do business with people you trust, and he has always taken care of us. Thank you!
