I had a job that would had cost me an arm and leg if I did not hire Big Joe. Big Joe charged me a very minimum price for a job that other plumbing companies were ready to rob me. Big Joe came out to our new house to give a second opinion on a whole house plumbing issue. He was very honest, super down to earth, and extremely affordable. It was evident that he had lots of experience and took the time to patiently educate us about our home's plumbing system. I can't recommend Joe and his team enough! They went above and beyond during a very stressful time for me. I called Joe because I had a leak, and he showed up at 11 o'clock at night to help. His team was incredibly thorough, precise, and knowledgeable. We had a slow leak that was hard to pinpoint, but they took their time to find it and fix it without requiring any upfront payment. They even went as far as calling me to follow up after, to make sure everything is running properly. Their dedication and expertise truly made a difference. All Star Plumbing Fresno is exactly as their name states! They are All Stars! I work for a large company & needed some out of the ordinary services for a environmentally sensitive Hydro Jetting project. The owner took the time to job walk this project in the high country at no cost & rendered flawless services. Needless to say our customer was happy & we were very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Lance & his team on any and all projects you may have.

My husband and I highly recommend All Star Plumbing, they have the best prices in town & fantastic customer services. We had a stab leak, they came in found the problem and gave us our options. We decided to have the water lines rerouted, they were very professional and clean.

Bobby was awesome!!! We called this morning and they were able to come out and fix our kitchen sink this afternoon. Bobby quickly identified the problem, thoroughly explained our options and resolved the issue very quickly. We will definitely call again if we need a plumber!

I had a leak under the kitchen sink. I called All Star Plumbing, & on the same day, they sent out a technician to give me a free estimate. Anthony found the problem, quoted me the price (that was a little too high - hence the 4 star rating), & fixed the problem. Anthony was professional, knowledgeable & courteous. I recommend All Star Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services.

Very happy with service! I called Allstar plumbing for an emergency back up. Jerry came out and diagnosed the problem and cleared sewer line. Jerry also gave me options to repair the problem and gave me a really great price for the permanent repair. No longer will I worry about plumbing I found my guys! Allstar plumbing!!!

This is the 1st time I have use All Star Plumbing and I am extremely happy with their service. All of the other plumbing companies I used in the past was the extremely expensive and I always had to wait a week or so to get someone to come out to my residents. All Star Plumbing came out within 24 hours and was extremely friendly. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

I’m so glad to come across All Star Plumbing. They are outstanding! Lance and Joe was professional including Jondee who was patient and understanding over the phone. You can tell they really care about their customers. They came out and hydro jett my sewer pipe because it has roots in it. They took care of the problem right away. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone and I will be using their service from here on.

Had 2 issues pop up overnight, made an early morning call and they were able to get me a same morning appointment. Patrick came out and made our issues go away for a reasonable and fair price. Highly recommend for any plumbing issues that may arise.

Customer service ain’t dead neither is a decent price called all star when we closet flooded and I needed to know what happened they got out here first thing which was nice the sent tech Johnny Torres he did a awesome job found and stopped the leak fast had great customer service and great manners very happy and sweet person he loves his job for sure and it shows he explained everything to me step by step and how it happens how to fix it what needs to be done to prevent it this made the situation a lot less stressful shout to all star plumbing and the tech gonna stick with them for my plumbing needs from now on the service left a great import from the first call to last step made this event smooth thank you guys

Ive worked with All-Star Plumbing a few times now. Their servicemen are professional, fast, and friendly. I also appreciate their two year warranty on their work. I've had good experiences with Jerry, he always does a good job and is good conversation to boot. I don't imagine I would go to anyone else for plumbing issues.

This is a really great company. I often dread having to call a plumber, as I must brace myself for hidden fees and extras beyond the scope of the initial quote, or just being straight up ripped off. These guys were upfront with their prices, pleasant to work with, and they got the job done expertly and quickly. Having a reliable plumber is such a relief. I could not recommend All Star enough. Had a blockage in main line that needed clearing. They used a camera to show me the issue then descaled and hydro'd the blockage away! Put camera down after work was complete to show line was now open. Great job and reasonable pricing highly recommend!

Worst day ever for any homeowner is learning that your sewer line is broken at the main sewer line connection in the middle of the street AND the city of Fresno takes no responsibility for it! It’s a 5 figure fix.
I was, however, doubly lucky. First I found All Star Plumbing…and second, I have a great insurance agent, Bulldog Insurance, who had added, last year, an endorsement to my homeowner’s policy covering $10,000 of the cost! (Call your insurance agency NOW to make sure you have this coverage if you live in the city of Fresno!!)
Lance, at All Star Plumbing, came out right away, diagnosed the problem, created a temporary fix, ran his camera throughout the line to document and set about fixing it. Because it involved tearing up the street requiring permits and inspections, etc. it took a few days to complete.
Lance and his crew (Roger and Manuel) were wonderful. They were fast, thoughtful, and thorough. The job site was spotless every night and well secured. They kept me fully informed throughout the entire process. They took lots of photos at various stages and sent me copies for my records. They also stayed within budget!
