All Star Plumbing is professional and responsive over time and has even gotten better over the years. We recently were helped by Patrick and are So grateful. Patrick is highly skilled, professional, and is a clear communicator. He never speaks down to you and puts everything into simple terms. Patrick recently went above and beyond on a couple service visits in particular. We will continue to ask for him every time. Patrick has made our experiences with All Star Plumbing even better and we hope we he will be with them for as long as he likes! Thank you Patrick!

Joe, my technician today was awesome. Polite, punctual and efficient . He was greatly appreciated.
I was a little disappointed, however, to hear that the problem may have been due to faulty installation. All Star plumbing did the installation on the faulty unit and likely had some liability in the damages created.

My neighbor recommended All Star Plumbing to fix a leak under my kitchen sink, and boy am I glad she did! Bobby arrived on time and took pictures to show me what was causing the leak. He fixed the problem quickly and with no hassle. Because of him and his professionalism I will use All Star Plumbing for all my plumbing needs!

Jerry came out and did a fantastic job. He went well above and beyond the call of duty, making absolutely certain that all drains were cleaned out and completely clear of any obstructions before leaving my house. I was having an issue with my toilet flushing properly and called All Star. Tech came out today and turned out to be a super simple fix. He then fixed a sink stopper and a tight sink handle. No tools were used and he was here maybe 15 minutes so he didn't even charge. Real nice, professional tech. And I really appreciated him keeping social distancing protocols while inside. Definitely will call again if I have plumbing issues. Highly recommend!

I am grateful for this business, My water heater went out and Jondee was responsive with every question I had as well as working with my insurance company, not many plumbers in the area I live work with insurance companies. Jerry and Joe were able to come out promptly and repair my water heater and were professional in every aspect. My water heater is still running great and it has been a year since they replaced it. Hired a contractor who did not install a gas line properly, leaving my home unsafe. I called the professionals at All Star Plumbing to make my home safe again. They were able to come out same day, with a free quote. The plumber, Anthony was on time, communicated well and was very professional. I felt the quote was fair and the job was completed when they said it would be. Very happy with the services and professionalism of this company.

This was the first time using All Star Plumbing. There was a clogged drain in the kitchen sink. I called and about 2 hours later quickly had a technician out here. I called a variety of other places and no one could come out until about 3- 5 days. So, I was happy that All Star could come out so promptly. The technician, Bobby, was so helpful and explained all my options before even beginning to work. He fixed the clogged drain and recommended some other options down the road. Unfortunately, our whole whole became clogged the following hours. I called All Star that next morning and again they had 2 technicians come out and promptly fix the problem. They were professional, helpful, and their prices are reasonable. Bobby, the original technician even gave me a call later that day to ensure everything was fixed. He said if there were any more problems to not hesitate to call him. I was very happy with their service and recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

I had the best experience working with All Star Plumbing, especially Bobby, and HIGHLY recommend them! Bobby was super patient explaining every issue and possible solution for the plumbing repairs that had to be done to one of our commercial properties in Fresno. He was also honest and on top of the project the whole time, from communicating with me and the tenant to being so patient while I try to wrap my head around all of the plumbing issues. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and amount of care they showed with rearranging their schedules for us and going out multiple times to make sure everything's okay. I had backup issues caused by roots, which Jerry came out and assessed and then was able to fix quickly. Both times I have used them, they came out same day and the price for the drain cleaning was more affordable than other places I’ve used previously in Fresno. Also, they make the billing/invoice process much easier than other plumbing companies I’ve used before. Highly recommend All Star Plumbing! They are definitely my new go-to for plumbing services in Fresno.

Johnny provided excellent customer service and was able to quickly solve the issue of low hot water pressure coming out of my shower. He explained to me what was causing the low pressure and the possible cost it would be to fix it. It ended up being an easy fix and I greatly appreciated his honesty. I'll be requesting his services going forward for any plumbing issues I have.

These are some of the best plumbers in the business. They are quick to respond, great at their job, and are competitive on pricing. We had the pleasure to work with their technician Jerry. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and punctual. I called numerous plumbers prior and they didn't have any knowledge of my issue when I was explaining the problem. Jerry knew and understood immediately. Hired All Star Plumbing to fix a leak at kitchen sink. Technician Anthony Plume arrived on time and was very polite. He spent a good 30+ minutes accessing problem. After thorough investigation, it turned out there wasn’t a leak. Was prepared to pay for his time but he indicated he wouldn’t charge me. Have hired All Star many times over the years and will continue to use this company in the future

I’ve had them come out to my house twice and have been completely satisfied with their services.
I made a call to see if they could unclog my main drain and they were able to send someone to clear it the same day.
Also my water heater needed to be replaced and they came out the same day to give me an estimate. After the estimate, they were able to come the next day and install my new water heater and we’re able to have it all done within a couple hours.
They are super professional and friendly. Also love that they provide a courtesy call before knocking on the door.
