Eugene came out today to snake our drain and did an amazing job! Super friendly very helpful and informative of the whole process. Will definitely be using them from now on. Wish I called them out the first time!

Was the only company I could get to come out same day. Had a TECH Chis out in 2hrs. Chris quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended some repairs.Chris got the system going so my family could use the system in minutes.He checked in,I agreed to the repairs and had a full trenchless line installed. The crew showed up on time next day with minimal disturbance to my home.The crew made 2 large holes in my concrete patio that were repaired after the install. You get what you pay for don't waste time or money on someone to destroy your yard for a week or two.Chris,Daniel and crew were in and out in 2 days FLAT.I would recommend them to you for your property.
Ive already had neighbors knocking at my door asking how the project was, It was great. Chris,Daniel and the crew are professional,knowledgeable, friendly.Cost,it was in the thousands. If your house was built before 1989 just start saving cash now.

Did not show for appointment to install line from sink under the house and through the wall to refrigerator. After no show, called and was told the man who wrote our bid was no longer there (less than a week later) and another employee needed to come out and reassess the job. The second employee informed us that there would be a substantial increase in the fee. We were unable to negotiate a reasonable increase in person. Told their minimum charge for ANY type of work is more than $200. (There was no charge for the initial bid, however.) We were told we would receive a new bid two hours later. Called another plumber and got a bid for the same full job— at a lower cost than the Mr. Rooter's original bid. We wasted a lot of time rearranging our schedule to be home for a no-show. The two visits spent negotiating a price was longer than it would have taken the same employee to complete the job.
Positive: Quick initial response and friendly office liaison.

Called at 9:30am and they had a tech to me at noon. Dispatch kept education me updated when the tech was going to arrive. The tech was polite and worked quickly to fix my toilet leak. After he was finished he inspection both toilets. He tighten some of the bolts and cleaned his mess. Friendly and professional!

The whole experience was very professional, and extremely quick. They had someone come out to look at the problem within an hour of my call on a Saturday none the less. The plumber was very clear on what he was going to to and more than happy to answer any questions we asked. From first phone call to completion of job only took 2 hours.

the valve that was originally
Installed back in 1983. The new
valve works like smooth glass
and it was the best money I've
ever spent. The professionalism

I needed a new faucet and water filter installed, as well as changing out valves and water lines in a couple restrooms. Daniel was great. He came in and took care of it in no time. Very pleased with the service, punctuality, and professionalism. He offered some advice on another issue, which was appreciated. I worked highly reccomend Mr Rooter for this reason.

The Tech that came out made sure I was informed of what needed to be done before doing anything and he took pictures of every step along the way and sent them with my invoice! We were so pleased with the results, Thank you!

Eugene was a very experienced plumber and knew right away that our old toilets needed to be replaced. It wasn’t our sewer line that was plugging up much to my surprise. I’m definitely not a plumber. He gave us good information on shopping for new toilets without having to pay too much for just a branded name. Next morning Eugene installed our 2 new toilets. The work he did from start to finish in timely manner was excellent and fixed our problem. Definitely recommend and will use their services in the future.

Mr. Rooter is great. Very communicative and efficient. Daniel Torres is awesome. He always takes good care of us. He's so knowledgeable and does a thorough job. I trust his skills and appreciate his transparency. He's the best.

We cannot recommend Mr.Rooters enough! Our pilot light in our hot water heater went out and Mr.Rooter’s quickly sent out a plumber to us. Andrea and Nick in the office are fantastic! So cheery and positive! Daniel, the plumber, was so friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions and walked us through serval options, he was so great at making sure we understood everything. We decided to replace the hot water heater and he set up an appointment to do so in a timely manner. Our house is old and quirky, including our hot water heater closet which another local plumbing company complained about and has accessibility issues with, but Daniel didn’t make a fuss over any of its obstacles and was able to replace our hot water heater exactly as planned. If you have any issues with your home and plumbing, definitely call Mr. Rooter’s! Fair pricing, great service, ans extreme professionalism!

Eugene is an Amazing Person! This is definitely the Best pluming service I have ever used. Very Nice and Honest. He cleaned everything up very well when he was done. To be honest I would give a ten STAR if I could. So if you want someone you can Trust and do a Really good Job This is the Company to call!!

I called them in an emergency situation because of all the great reviews I read online. I am always nervous about calling repair people because it can get expensive and you want it done right the first time. They were able to fit me in the next morning, even working around my schedule. The tech, Dazhon, came to the appointment earlier than we scheduled, which was such a huge help. The office called me to let me know and he was here within fifteen minutes (which as you know for Fresno is pretty good, considering the sprawl). He was professional, super informative, courteous, and even considerate of our antique rugs! The clog was due to tree branches growing in the main pipe, which he then suggested we send a camera into in the front of the house, I agreed and signed off on the unexpected service and he called the owner out to help him, whose name I didnt catch, but was equally great. Turns out we’ll need more work done in the future, which I wasnt surprised to hear since we just bought an old house, but it was a relief to know that we found a company that we can trust and will do great work with fair pricing.

Daniel did a great job clearing our main pipe. He was super flexible with our schedule as well.

Very punctual, they made sure I understood what needed to be done and why. My issues were taken care of in a timely manner and I didn’t feel over charged. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

I had Mr. Rooter do a major job in 2018. They were so friendly and good at what they do. Seven years later, I knew exactly who I was calling. Still the same friendly service and the tech who came out remembered me from that long ago. If I could give 10 stars I would. They are who I would recommend to anyone!
