This company hires people who steal from their own neighbors. Wouldn't trust people like that to enter my home. Not very smart to steal when you have a company truck parked in your driveway.

Hey everyone when you get a chance and if you need Plumbing work things of that nature give Fresno Plumbing a call they have great customer service I had a great experience today I was shopping at Lowe's and I need items to build a frame for a pineapple tree the items consists of Plumbing type pipes and I ran into a representative from Fresno Plumbing his name is Dominic and he took the time out to help me and I just want to say that was very great of him and just wanted to say thank you and when we need this type of work day I definitely will refer this company 150 % you made my day!!!!

Alex from Fresno plumbing was a joy to have out at our new Wisteria creek home. He was so kind, friendly and just great customer service!

I called and setup an appointment. They missed the 9am-12 appointment window. When they finally showed up at 2 pm. They took one look at the sink and said I can’t do it didn’t give me a reason. Sounds like they just didn’t want to and walked out.

We’ve been in our home 2 1/2 years now and they were the ones that were contracted during the building. Well we had a plumbing issue. They came out, promptly found the problem and made it right, no charge. Integrity and class.

If I could rate zero, I would. The plumber arrived and had to fill his tank with my water. He wanted to charge $100 more than i was quoted. He filled about 100 gallons into his tank and we know water isn't cheap, especially since I'm on a well. He wasn't prepared. He only attempted one time to put the flexiable line thru the clean out then claimed he couldn't do it. Yet a metal snake could do it. He said the pipe must be separated and it wasn't the grease buildup ( I saw the grease buildup so I know the pipe isn't separated). I shows him my laundry clean out and he didn't make any attempt to snake in from there, he just said no he won't do it. He mistook my separate piping for the pipes associated with the house plumbing. I got a call back from a manager and instead of trying to make another attempt (after voicing my concerns) he said they "would just pass on this one". I asked to have that explained and he said " let's leave it at that and just pass". Thankfully I didn't have to pay anything but since you took a lot of my water and weren't prepared, I feel some reimbursement is necessary.

What used to cost me $250 to unclog my drain is now DOUBLE. the women answering the phones are rude and the plumbers themselves are not friendly at all. CALL ANYONE ELSE
