Called this morning for inspection of water heater. Was told free inspection and tech call me back for appt. No call. I called back, must have been at lunch. Went to voicemail. Called A-1 All Star and they were on their way. Little while later, 4 hours after original call, someone finally called back and wanted to charge $204 for previously quoted "FREE" inspection. No Thanks. Don't waste ur time or money with these guys.

I was very impressed by Abe's knowledge and professionalism and teaching us how to temporarily fix an issue if it backs up in the middle of the night until they can come back out to fix it. I really appreciate how fast and easy it was to get the problem fixed. Greatly appreciated.

When experiencing a slow draining toilet which I tried to fix myself with a cheap closet anger bought at Lowe's I was unsuccessful so I called Mr. Rooster and they came out within a few hours. Plumber Mike assessed the situation and told me he could auger out the toilet, and charge me $200 something, or, and I thought here we go, he could replace the toilet for $400 something. It must be said that this toilet is over 40 years old so I had no doubt it needed replacement. But then, he preceded to council me about buying my own commode and replacing it myself and saving over $300 dollars. He wrote me up an estimate and that was it; no charge! I look his advice and a couple hours later after a little sweat I had a new toilet installed. I saved a hand full of money and got the satisfaction of home DIY. Thanks Mike. I will definitely call Mr Rooter for my future plumbing needs.

Second time I've used them and both times was a blessing experience. It's hard enough having issues with the plumming, but gives You a since of relief. That they will solve the problem, no matter how long it takes. And with a sense of professionalism and kindness. I'm truly sorry can't remember the Young Mans name. But was a kind young Man , had Him come to My home on both plumming problems.

Extremely responsive and professional. Kitchen sink drain line has been clogged for weeks. After calling numerous plumbing companies and leaving messages I got no where. I called Mr.Rooter and they showed up when they said they would, and not only cleared the clog but made the extra effort to make sure they got it all so it won't happen again. I will be using them for all of my plumbing needs going forward!

I had a clogged kitchen drain. As a builder who's done a LOT of plumbing, I knew the clog was 25 feet from the sink. Called Mr. Rooter at 9am. They were on the site at 12:30. The guy went WAY above the call of duty. He ran the snake 100 ft, backed it out, then did it again. then he went to the front of the house and looked in the plumbing clean out to make sure the water was running properly. Very professional, perfect experience.

Very fast service. Abe Torres, the technician, showed up the same day. Because my husband is disabled, running water and a working toilet are essential. Abe was fantastic! Our toilet was clogged, coming up through the bathtub and finally flooding the bathroom. The traps for the other houses were in the front of the houses. Abe was finally able to find the trap in the back yard two feet under ground. He really went the extra step to clear the clog. It was a great pleasure being able to run the water, take a shower and use the bathroom again. I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of South and Central Valley if I ever have a need for any plumbing work.
