I have used this business several times now. The customer service is excellent and they take the time to make sure you are taken care of right. From the service call to the repair man that came out the service was amazing. I just think it's important for business to be handled in this fashion and I appreciate it thanks everyone!!

If I could give a higher rating than 5 out of 5 stars, I would. They sent one of there guys Gene out to the home. He did an amazing job. Not only this but he taught me somethings too. People like Gene make this country great. Really really great!

I've never been more at ease in such a crisis. The staff went over a beyond. My home is older and the pipes are a headache. From the moment I called the office I was so impressed. They are fast, efficient, caring, and all beyond knowledgeable. I highly recommend calling them for all your heating and plumbing needs.

When I contacted their office on December 11, 2018 to advise they had damaged my property I was told Jason Poole would handle it. I have called for over 6 months, left messages and emails and never received any response. Last time I called the receptionist told me to file a claim with my insurance because Mr. Poole is really busy. So my insurance rates would go up because this "reputable company " doesn't take care of their mistake?

4 gentlemen came out to give me an estimate on some work I needed and I agreed to the $50.00 trip charge.
They turned around and charged me $225.00. I called the office and was given back $175.00. I received an envelope thinking it was my estimate, but all it included was an invoice for $50.00 paid in full, and no estimate. The only blurb included was a recommendation to replace the propane water heater with an electric one which is not code and none of the other work I'd asked for with no estimate. Waste of time and money.

Extremely unprofessional older “gentleman”. Did not put covers on his shoes. Walked onto a wet shower floor then onto a white carpet, leaving muddy footprints in his wake. Made the mistake of calling the company back hoping they’d send someone else but nope same older guy. Comes in without booties again, and all he did was complain about the job. Very sloppy and would never recommend them to anyone. Switched to Allbriton and couldn’t be happier!

Fresno Plumbing came to our rescue the same day we called.... after being totally shafted by City Plumbing. We had no hot water. The man who answered the phone at Fresno Plumbing (Rick) was so caring and professional and the tech (Jim) who came out to our house went out of his way at the end of a long day. We can't say enough good things about Fresno Plumbing. They are a real blessing.

My neighbors had an outdoor plumbing issue and called Fresno Plumbing to help them fix it. The Fresno Plumbing employee dumped all of the mud on my property , without asking . When inquired I was told it would be cleaned up that same day. Instead I’m going on day 3 of mud being on my property , and when I called to get someone to fix this I was told I have to wait until the next business day. I am very upset with this whole situation.

My wife uses Fresno Plumbing at her office, and we recently bought a house. Within a couple weeks of owning the house our hot water heater went out so we called Fresno Plumbing and the sent someone out quickly. The tech was able to get the pilot relit for us and we were able to have hot water again. Not only did he get the pilot relit he showed me how to do it myself next time. I appreciate him taking the time to teach me other than running off to do a new job. Fresno Plumbing will be our go to!

I had a leak in the pipes coming from the water meter at the sidewalk towards my property. I was referred to Fresno Plumbing by a sprinkler repairman who said they were one of the only few companies he could definitively give a good recommendation for. Bill was our service guy and he did a great job. Price was fair and about what we had expected for the job. Bill did a careful job digging out the pipes without destroying our lawn and flower beds. He explained things to me throughout the day and was done in about a half day, replacing the corroded pipes with PVC. He cleaned the whole area up well and reassembled the landscaping. I would highly recommend their services for such a job. Sure beats digging yourself up to your chest and tearing apart your own yard without knowing what you are doing.

Fresno Plumbing is our go to for any of our plumbing needs for the office. Any time we have a problem we contact them and they are always quick to help. If they don't have any availability for the day we are usually the first ones the next day. Any time I call I usually speak to Emeteria and she is always helpful and tries to access the situation, however, everyone that has answered the phone has been nice. All the plumbers we have had in our office have been professional and worked quick and efficiently. Anytime someone asks for a recommendation on a good plumber my first suggestion is always Fresno Plumbing. Thank you Fresno Plumbing for all the hard work and dedication and going above and beyond for our company.

The reception lady is really rude. I’ve been using them for almost two years now. I remembered them to be great last year. I had a really good impression. This year, I called twice. Did use them in April although the lady was rude. The plumber was professional and sounded knowledgeable. In June, the drain was clogged again even after we went ahead and sneaked with the camera. Called again, the lady sounded really rude. It’s sounded like she didn’t want the business so I switched to Mr. Rooter. I asked if she could call the tenant, she said she did and the tenant did not respond. She said they are not going to chase him down for business. Sure I didn’t ask her to. It’d be nice to follow up, just so I know. Just many little things. Short and impatient tone. Not easy to work with. I’d suggest the business should look for another receptionist if they don’t want to continue to lose long term customers.

There have been a couple times we have had to use Fresno Plumbing. First off I want to say that any one of the people who have answered the phone have had the best customer service. They make sure they get someone out to fix any problem we have as soon as possible. They are very fairly priced and my bosses appreciate that! I won't go to any other plumber besides Fresno Plumbing! Thank you Fresno Plumbing for always be there when we needed you!

Fresno Plumbing is the best!!!! I called on a Friday morning about 8am & they only had one appointment left at 2-4 pm. I explained to the lady on the phone that I really needed my sink today because I was cooking for a big party on Saturday.Then they called me right back and sent Lawrence to my house in less than an hour! Very nice people, very professional and I will send my friends to them! Thank You Fresno Plumbing!!😁

My experience was great. James came out and repaired our water leak under ground in Lightning speed. What I thought was a major expense. Turned out to much more affordable. I will never use any but Fresno plumbing again. Thanks again for the dispatchers promptly making my situation a priority. I will recommend Fresno plumbing to friends and family

Every time I have used Fresno Plumbing I have had a great experience. Recently I called Fresno Plumbing to do some work on my rental home. Dominic came out. He evaluated the problems I was having and made very good recommendations. He was extremely proficient and did the work in a very reasonable amount of time. I was very impressed with his professionalism.

Fresno Plumbing did a great job fixing my septic line. They were professional, showed up exactly when they said they would and cleaned up their mess. I will call these guys for any plumbing needs I have going forward.

We recently inherited a house that needed a lot of plumbing work...after calling around I chose Fresno plumbing because 1. great customer service. 2. staff was beyond friendly and helpful with any of our questions. 3. very prompt with their times. 4. great affordable price. they did a great job on our house and I am so thankful we found them. We recently had James at our house who fixed a problem in our backyard before we did cement. He helped us with a spigot issue. James was very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Fresno Plumbing. The girl in the office was so kind and helpful and got us in right away with great prices.

Their plumbers need to be trained how to drive and not damn near kill people on the road. Seen too many of their plumbers driving recklessly and loading their trucks up dangerously where something's going to fall off and kill someone.
