Jackson came and knocked out shower valve replacement and a garbage disposal. He kept me in the loop and tried his hardest to keep everything clean. The customer service was excellent.

Hope this review will pay dividends in the future. I had an excellent experience! They installed a dishwasher drain to the P-trap under my sink, and their work was flawless. The plumber arrived on time, was professional, and explained everything clearly before starting.

They worked efficiently and ensured the connection was secure and leak-free. They even cleaned up the workspace afterward, which I really appreciated. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the service provided.

I called on a Friday morning to get an estimate for a whole-house repipe (per the recommendation of another plumber) and fix a leak in the master shower. Jerry & Eric arrived within 2 hours of my call and after inspection, let us know that a whole house repipe was not necessary but that the water heater needed to be flushed out which they did. The shower leak was due to poor workmanship from a previous remodel which they corrected with a new trap. Techs were knowledgeable and friendly; would highly recommend Art Douglas Plumbing!

I had a nasty leak under my kitchen sink that caused a lot of cabinet damage. I call Art Douglas and they got a plumber out asap. My plumber, Erik, was a delight. He was knowledgeable, friendly and was able to diagnose the issues and fix them very quickly and thoroughly. He took his time to explain what was going on and the steps he took to address each issue. Additionally, Erik was very mindful of my pets, treating them with kindness and making sure he closed the door each time he came in/out of the house so that they wouldn't get out. I was having an issue with my bedroom toilet. When I called they sent a plumber to me in less than an hour. I got prices on 2 different styles of new toilets and one for fixing my old one. I choice a new one and it was installed as soon as the plumber went to pick it up. Dustin was my plumber. He was courteous and professional and did the installation in a timely manner. He cleaned every thing up and the toilet is a nice addition to my bathroom. It's an elevated and elongated style. So far I'm very pleased with it

My great experience started with Greg who first took my call. He was courteous, professional, and helpful. In less than an hour Eric arrived and he too was professional and courteous. He explained my options, left to get the water heater, and started the work an hour later. Jerry showed up to help with the installation. I would highly recommend Art Douglas Plumbing. Their employees are highly trained professionals and friendly.

We came home and noticed we had a leak from our upstairs bathroom sink. Coming down the ceiling our floor had a big puddle of water. We called Art Douglas Plumbing and Erik was out in 20 minutes and fixed the problem. Fast courtesy service and Erik was so professional and great customer service!
