The technician Dustin was punctual, knowledgeable, and explained the issue clearly. He quickly identified the problem and efficiently carried out the necessary repairs. I've had Art Douglas Plumbing out for two separate issues, and both times they were outstanding, responded quickly and arrived on time. They sent out Jackson who was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain what was going on, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the fixes. Both repairs were resolved efficiently and I couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommend these folks. They are extremely responsive and helpful. They came out to inspect and flush a couple of water heaters (arrived <30 minutes after I called!!!), and one of the heaters needed to be replaced. They left, came back with a new unit and had my old one replaced within a matter of hours on that same day!! Shout out in particular to Dustin Manzo- Master Technician. Dustin was very friendly and professional. Great customer service!!

I contacted Art Douglas due to suggestions on the Next door neighbor app and then looked at their reviews. All positive. I called for issues with a shower, low pressure. Erik was at my house in about 20 minutes. He investigated the problem, said it was an easy fix, requiring some access through a wall. I received an estimate that was doable. He and Jack came the next morning and completed the work within a few hours. Erik is very professional and explained the process to a tee. I will call Art Douglas again for any plumbing needs in the future.

Art Douglas will be my go to from here on out. We had a stressful situation with a water leak coming from the foundation. We had a fast response and I am very thankful for technicians Erik and Luis. We reviewed options with no hard sell. We chose to do a re-piping rather than jackhammering the foundation. Erik and Luis took care of all of our needs alleviating any anxiety I had. Both were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and likeable. The re-repiping through the attic as well as adding a new water heater was completed ahead of schedule.

We had a hot water line pipe leak in the slab under our home and called Art Davis Plumbing who we'd used on a small project. Dustin was at our home later the same day providing a quote for spot fix as well as a hot water line repipe of the entire home. Dustin and Jack worked 3 days to run hot water lines through attic and walls to all faucets and showers in the home. It was a difficult job because attic access was not available over the master suite or the kitchen. They not only did the job but returned twice to assure we were completely satisfied. You can trust Art Douglas Plumbing based on our experience.

Have recieved 11+ years of great service. I have a 75yr+ home and over the years they have replaced ac/heater, waterheater, home gas line, toilet, repaired underground water pipe breaks and recently replaced the water cutoff valves under kitchen sink. Always prompt service from friendly knowledgeable staff. Work always completed to satisfaction. Would recommend for competent reliable service.

My home had a slab leak. Called Art’s Plumbing on Saturday. Jerry a technician came over right away. Jerry tested the floor and was able to locate the hot Water was leaking. The water was shut off immediately. Jerry, Luis and Jeff were over on Monday and worked hard and very professional up until Wednesday. The technician redirected pipe lines over the ceiling, and got everything working well. Very professional and worked hard to get job done. I recommend Art Douglas Plumbing. Dustin from Art Douglas plumbing came out within minutes of us reaching out for help with an insurance mandated plumbing inspection. Couldn’t have asked for a prompter response, wasn’t even an emergency. Easily handled our request and had our inspection completed and paperwork filled out for the insurance company. No complaints. Mr. Frank Mata is a very friendly staff. He fixed our faucet and he explained every details, including the precautions, how to use the faucet properly to avoid water leak, and he gave us discount. Art Douglas Plumbing is highly recommended.

I just called this so call plumber, he did not assist and all I asked is if he guarantees his work, he says I want everything free and I never met this person, than he hung up on me. I don't recommend this plumber to anyone. Beware of bad customer service. $135.00 for service call.........1 star for answering the phone when I called.

I've been using Benitez plumbing for 10yrs now.Mostly for drain out sewer job.Due to the city's tree's roots going inside the pipes. .Then while he was doing he said I will fix this for you arnold if you get part's. His word was good he did it Saturday and I referred him to caylym technologies, my bosses hired him to rearrange the restrooms and gas line at the plant. He is good bad reviews were probably from in patient people.

Called to have toilet fixed. Plumber said he would be available in an hour. He arrived in 45 minutes later. He fixed the problem in less that 15 minutes. Rates were reasonable. Would use them again.

Jesus is very professional and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my problem, quoted me a price and went to work. He was finished in no time. He's also Very personable . I highly recommend Benitez Plumbing.
