Called that morning and he came before noon. Did exceptional work plus was cheaper than the other plumbers. As always he helped me out with our plumbing issues. I'll be using this company as long as I can.

Contacted them for an emergency plumbing job, came out right away, great service, affordable prices. Absolutely wonderful customer service experience, will continue to use them as needed.

Great service. Unplugged my sink for the second time. Knew exactly what to do! Compared to others where they wanted to charge me extra to remove my toilet and run the snake threw there. Benitez did it the correct and easy way and did not try to up charge me.

We had a clog stuck in one of the pipes at my old apartment before I moved. I called them and they handled it pretty quick. Haven't had issues since.

I had the pleasure of working with Luis (Plumbing Technician) and Jesus (Plumbing Helper) from PR Plumbing today, and I can’t say enough good things about them. As a 73-year-old woman, I’ve seen my fair share of service calls, and it's rare—and refreshing—to encounter technicians who are so honest, respectful, and truly committed to solving the actual problem instead of upselling.

They came out on short notice (lucky me!) and were incredibly thorough in diagnosing the issue with my water tank. They located the necessary replacement part that same day and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. A second issue was a bit more complex, but Luis walked me through my options with great clarity and patience. I’ll be monitoring the situation, and I have full confidence that PR Plumbing will be there if further help is needed.

Both Luis and Jesus were outstanding—professional, kind, and incredibly respectful. They explained everything so clearly that I didn’t feel overwhelmed or dismissed, which unfortunately happens too often to seniors. But not here. These two young men made me feel heard and valued.

Their honesty and work ethic are exactly what every company should strive for. And by the way, the charges were extremely reasonable. No surprise fees, just excellent service.

I’ll happily recommend PR Plumbing to anyone. And if you’re lucky enough to get Luis and Jesus on your job, you’ll be in great hands!

The worker that came out was quick respectful and found another issue with my sink and fixed it why he was here saving me another copay.. he was so nice. I will recommend this company and worker to anyone thank you for giving me my sink back.

Hello. I want to leave a review for some work you did for me Monday and Tuesday. I am not able to access the review from the text link sent to my phone. I want to say that Rocky was very courteous and professional and very helpful. It was almost 5 pm when he and Alberto came on Monday and the part I needed could not be picked up because the supplier had closed for the day. Rocky ordered the part and was also able to get me the part under warranty despite my hot water heater malfunctioning on the day the warranty expired. Rocky went above and beyond in advocating for me regarding the warranty and this saved me several hundred dollars. I am very appreciative for this.
I would recommend PR Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing service. Thank you PR.

Rocky and the team at PR are top tier! They are so knowledgeable, communicative, and professional, taking their time to make sure our repair was done right and in the best way for our home. I've had other plumbing companies come in the past for small things like clogs, but this time we needed a whole 20 feet of pipe replaced under our house. Our home insurance connected us with PR, and they sent out Rocky and Jesus, I have never had such friendly, helpful, kind and fast service like I did with these two guys. Luis was very professional and curtious I was late he called and waited a few minutes for me. He knew exactly what the problems all were and fixed them quickly. I was like 🤔 he's already done? WOW!!! He showed me and explained what exactly he found and fixed. He was also kind enough to fix my faucet issue. I recommend this company to anybody and if you're fortunate you'll get Luis to help you!!! Great service from ROCKY this morning. Fixed a leaky toilet in no time, was courteous and efficient. Came at the time promised and was finished promptly in under an hour.

Cody replaced two toilets in my house, he was on time, professional and completed the job in a timely manner. He also hauled away my old toilets and the boxes that the new ones came in. My toilets are solid, everything works and there are no leaks. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!!!
