We just had a second service call in the past 8 months with Costless Plumbing and we are very happy to say their service is excellent. I got my questions answered when I called to set up the appointment and they were courteous and professional. Ironically it was the same service technician Jose who came and he remembered us from before and did an great job. Friendly , personal and professional. I am in the Mortgage Industry for 30 years and will be referring any client with Plumbing needs to them. You will not be disappointed and I would highly reccomend their services.

Nate was very quick to respond to my issue, and upfront on pricing. They got someone out to my house within about an hour. Mario came out and made short work of our issue. They were kind, courteous, quick, and effective. I’ll happily use them again.

First of all, I have to say their customer service is OUTSTANDING! We started out just wanting to replace our water heater. We shopped around and Costless was by far the best price! Costless does not charge to come out and give estimates. There were quit a few places that did. Sam and Nathan came out and not only were they so nice, but very professional. They came out to give us an estimate on the water heater replacement and while they were here, I asked if they could also give us one to replace our VERY OLD Ac/heater unit. They did so with a smile. So, what started out as just a water heater replacement also turned into an AC/heater replacement too as well as adding insulation! Everything has been installed and it is awesome! It was all done in a couple of days and it is all amazing! Wonderful job, professional, friendly and I have to give a shout out to Sam, Nathan, Angel, Gilbert, Rafael and Ethan!! Thank you all for the amazing job you did for us!! 😀😀 If I forgot anyone, Thank You!!!

The Owner Angel really goes over and beyond making sure his customers are heard, understood and well taking care of. I Manage Several Fresno and Madera Properties and we have ONLY used Costless for ALL our Heating and Cooling needs for about 10 years plus now NO COMPLAINTS HERE!

This team is unbelievably efficient and thorough. We had a mysterious leak and flood in the slab of our home. They were relentless in finding and fixing the leak. The owner of the company quarterbacked the project and was on site several times. The 27 years of experience was evident in the equipment, quality of work and customer service. It's like the cavalry showing up in the middle of a crisis. At one point we had ten technicians on site. They don't give up till the job is done. Reasonably priced!

John & Jake from Costless just installed a new AC unit for us. Even though it was very hot and muggy, they were pleasant and communicative throughout the whole process. I also met Nathan (the person who did my quote) at the end. Nathan fielded a ton of questions from me during a very busy time of year for them. This was the first AC/heating unit I have ever had to buy. Super happy to have been referred to Costless a while back, so we had some experience with them before we needed to make this big purchase. In the past we’ve been happy with their service. Today they just proved again what a good company they are!

They send the service tech out to try to figure something out and don't do anything didn't even try to look for a leak when I told them we had a leak somewhere I had notified them that the carpet was saturated with water and they planned on sending a second technician out without any type of Wet Vac or fans to dry the carpet and they have appointment times that range from 1:00 to 4 hours they are worse than the Cable Guy

I love the customer service from the dispatcher Vanessa who took the time and patience to let me explain my plumbing issue and helping me understand where the technician usually starts and so forth, the technician who came was Kenny he was so helpful with giving tips on how to prevent future issues and took care of the job quickly. Definitely will be my go to for any future issues 10/10.

Great overall experience from CostLess. Our old compressor was bad, so we ended up getting a brand new AC. Our installation tech Rafael did a fantastic job servicing our house. Very professional, calm and collected. Guided me through the whole process, including assisting with our new Google smart thermostat. He made sure all the vents were properly distributing air before leaving, as well as took thermals to test our air temps. Highly recommended.

Most big HVAC companies in the Central Valley will scalp you even with a Christian or veteran bumper sticker on their car. I got nothing but good quotes and reliable service from Costless so I think you should consider them if you need them in the valley for HVAC like I did.

We have had several issues at our property and any time we get the technician by the name of Raymond come out to assist us he does great he is very informative and always leaves the areas he works at clean. Thank you guys!

This is the Air Conditioning company to use! Our A/C went out the first hot week we had. I had a total of about 10 companies come out to give us quotes, and Costless had the best price. Nathan was our salesperson, and he was highly knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. This team was above and beyond! They did an amazing job both with communication and support from start to finish. They arrived at 8:30 AM, and the new unit was installed and working by 2. Rafael and his crew were respectful of our property and did an impeccable job! We had our return duct upgraded and a new 2.5 ton unit installed. 10 out 10, 5 stars l, I can't recommend this company enough!

We found them because our grandmother's unit went out the week before, and she had told us how grateful for Costless she was for the job they did, and her experience was the same we had. She had a 5 ton until installed.

Regino and Bernabe were professional and personable. They did their best to reduce dust and dirt, and warned us about the amount of noise prior to using the jackhammer. The cleanup was excellent! We recommend this company.

7/18/25: Thank you for the disingenuous reply. Yes the technicians fixed my AC but my review and complaints were never concerned their ability to fix the AC. It was always about the lack of customer service, accountability and communication from the admin team. Yes my AC was fixed but did we really have to go back and forth, or could someone have just called me the moment they knew my appointment time had changed. You did your best, but things would have went better if someone on your team made better choices.

This is an update to my original review. My review and comments are still for the office staff. I just going to LOL in real life. Moments after posting my original review someone from the Madera office called me to discuss my post. They seemed upset I wrote the review and were more upset that I didn’t find their explanation comforting or acceptable. They literally tried to cancel my appointment because I wasn’t baking down on how I felt about the treatment I received. Again I was only upset that my appointment was rescheduled without my knowledge or personal consideration. I understand stuff happens but why not be proactive with communicating so I could replan my day without frustration. Take the initiative to call and discuss matters as soon as possible, the same way you proactively communicated about my original review.

I am specifically commenting on the lack of professionalism and transparency from the office staff. I had a three hour appointment window schedule, and no one showed up. I didn’t notice until two hours after the window had ended. I had to call the office and ask what was going on. Apparently the tech who was supposed to service my AC called out sick and they had to find another tech to come. That’s understandable. My issue was with the lack of communication and transparency. I know I asked for an appointment window of 8 - 11 am. When I called at 1 pm I found out about the tech and asked what the solution would be, they rescheduled a tech to come at a time when I could not be home, I had a prior appointment schedule for something else. When I made comment that that would not be ideal for me, I was met with a take it or leave attitude. That was very rude and unprofessional. Try to be proactive in informing people of changed schedules, it is your responsibility as the vendor.

At 10 a.m., my wife heard dripping water coming from our water heater. Upon checking, she found it leaking, so we immediately searched online for a plumbing service. All Briiten arrived within 30 minutes, inspected the unit, and confirmed that our water heater, installed in 1990, needed to be replaced. They provided two options: a 6-year warranty unit for $3,785 and a 10-year warranty unit for $5,000.

Just as we were about to proceed, Costless Plumbing came to the rescue. I contacted Samson Lee, the project manager, and he assured me he could find a better deal. True to his word, within 10 minutes, he arrived, assessed the situation, and provided a more affordable quote. Without hesitation, his team got straight to work, ensuring a seamless and professional installation.

Tech Barnabe came out to fix my water heater had great experience. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant person.

Twice this week i had appointments from 12-3 my technician didnt arrive until 4pm. No courtesy call, nothing. My other was 12-2pm and he didnt arrive until 3pm.
Ridiculous! If you give a window you show arrive in a timely manner. Customers shouldnt have to wait around all day for an appointment.

This is the best company ever! Have been using them for 3 years for my plumbing & air conditioning and every time, they have amazed me. Many other big name companies out there that I have used in the past mark up the invoices and haggle me like I’m in a car dealership. Each technician from Costless is nice and super knowledgeable with a fix to the issues that I am having at great pricing. Would definitely use them again and recommend anybody else to trust this company!

I started with getting 8 different estimates for a Heat pump installation. Costless would NOT be beat!
We changed to a heat pump from a traditional HVAC system, due to having solar. We are on propane and it just wasn’t efficient, especially with the rates of LP. We were very specific with what we wanted 20 seer or better, top manufacturer and a reputable installation company. We had two units installed. We went with a Bosch 20 seer 4 ton and 3 ton heat pump system. Nate, Angel and the crew were fast, clean and professional. From the day Nate gave me the estimate to the day the job was completed was 10 days. I would recommend this company and team any day! It only took 2 days to install the entire system!!
