Had plumbing issues two other plumbing com. Came was still not working . Today a guy named Luis came in he knew exactly what to do got it working he was awesome. A great employee he was very nice respectful he really cared asked if I had any questions. He made me feel at ease upon him leaving. I truly recommend this company ask for Luis. He is a miracle worker

Excellent service and repair. Major plumbing issues under kitchen sink, called Thursday afternoon and in less than 24 hours the problems were resolved. Service professional, price competitive so I think I have found my “forever plumbers.” Highly recommend this company. Thank you for prompt, friendly, professional service.

They went above and beyond to protect surrounding areas. The service they provided was cleaning out AC ducts. Renee and Dre were professional and tidy, leaving my place dust free. Renee had excellent communication and even tested my heater to make sure no leftover dust made a mess. Highly recommend

Rocky came out on a call beyond typical working hours and provided great service. My apartment complex didn't even schedule the right kind of service, but Rocky listened to the actual problem and was able to diagnose the issue and repair it within an hour. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Great work!

From the start, with Libby and Tabitha scheduling my appointments on short notice and working with my schedule - your customer service is awesome! The first plumber, Luis, came out for a leak under the kitchen sink and fixed the faucet. This time in the hallway bathroom, Eric worked on the replacement of the shower/tub faucet system saving us money from the excessive drip while making it so much easier turning the water off and on. Each of these friendly professionals in their trade handling their jobs with quality care and efficiency. Thanks Eric for your kindness and walking me through the process. She came up with a great suggestion for a replacement and was able to get me on their schedule quickly. Alberto showed up on time and had the new toilet installed in less that an hour. We called PR Plumbing on the recommendation of a neighbor who chose them to do a complete re-pipe (PEX) replacement with all the ancillary fixtures. We decided to include a new on demand hot water heater at the same time.
We are retired with my career spent in sales and marketing within the petroleum industry. So my experience has always been the benchmark for how others in the service industry conduct themselves while doing business.
Well, we had a very refreshing experience from the introduction handshake with Rob to the final handshakes with Codie, and Eric. We spent the better part of a week with these gentlemen in our home, and from the first morning to the last afternoon they conducted themselves in a professional knowledgeable manner. They protected our hardwood floors, vacuumed and swept throughout each of the processes. As each one went about their work they paid particular attention to detail. I had quite a few questions as to what they were doing, and each one was addressed with patience and confidence.
When the project was completed they reviewed all that was done and went over the functions of the new water heater. When they left after completion it was as though they’d never been here. All was cleaned , dusted and swept. All this means a great deal to people who recognize when an organization goes the extra distance in serious, complicated, and daunting to us situations.
Recommendation? Oh yes. Whether you’re going to expense a major, or even minor project you definitely want to consider PR Plumbing.

So happy that I came across this company on google while looking for an ac company because my heater took a dump over night. I called Costless to provide me a estimate for a new 5 ton heat pump retrofit since I wanted to eliminate gas along with 6 other companies to see which had the better value and best equipment for our needs. Nathaniel came out quickly and provided me with all my options on the table from good to best. He was the few that took the time to explain carefully on each option and what would suit my need the best. I received quotes for a new 5 ton heat pump and duct work from $20,000 all the way up to $68,000 from big name companies. I was shocked on Nathaniel’s estimate for how price competitive it came for the same high end unit and high efficiency r8 duct work. The job only took 4 days since I have a home with a lot of duct work in a small attic. The installers were all great and friendly during the entire installation. They cleaned up after themselves the entire time to be cleaner than what it was before. Now after a month of using this system, I’m happy to say my PGE bill dropped by half & only pay gas for my gas stove and no longer my heater. I will only this company for any plumbing issues and future ac service

had guest room HVAC split unit quit. Nathan came and gave best quote and because they have inhouse sheet metal capabilities, they were able to install in 2 business days. the install team led by rafael, was excellent. professional, clean and an excellent looking installation. our smart thermostat did not maintain temp accurately and they had to replace it and did all the programing necessary which is always a do it yourself hassle. we are very happy with the whole process and thank the team from the initial telephone to the final checkoff. highly recommend them just as they were recommended to us by friends.

I can't recommend these guys enough. Nathan was the salesperson I worked with, but he was more like a project manager, as he was in my home every step of the way making sure it was perfect, and it was. Rafael and Nico were the lead installers and I also remember speaking with Tony quite a bit during the install. All of these guys were extremely professional.

My job was a big one. Two new roof top units, all new ducting throughout the house, and all new hardware (except for my vent grills). I signed my paperwork on Friday and was told that the install would begin on Wednesday morning and would be completed on Friday morning. They finished early on Thursday!

I had multiple crews in my attic all day on Wednesday doing the ducting, and every single one of them went way over and beyond. The attention to detail was incredible. They even vacuumed the areas of my house they worked in or walked through. They ended up needing to replace a few things (like intake grills) that they didn't plan for, and they didn't charge me any more. By Thursday evening, my house was cool. This was all done in the middle of summer, which is more impressive to me.

Through our property management company we had costless come out to fix two concerns in our master bathroom the woman I spoke on the phone with when they called to confirm someone would be home was extremely rude, when the guy showed up he introduced himself and then when I told him the problem his attitude was that having to fix two things (per the work order sent) was an inconvenience he went upstairs where my elderly father was in the master bedroom (it was the master bathroom that needed repairs) the most he spoke to me after that was to tell me he was turning off the water, the whole time he was on his phone and it didn't sound like a work call. I left shortly there after to get my children he came in and out throughout the time after I was home but didn't speak to me and left without letting me know the work was done I haven't had a chance to speak with my father to see if he spoke with him at all but when my mother (who also lives with me) came home she said the bathroom was a mess. I'm extremely disappointed we have had costless before as that is who our property management company is contracted with and they have always been professional in the past. I am not one to play it's because I'm female but it definitely felt that way with how he talked to me versus the brief conversation I overheard between him and my father

They did our HVAC to fix our air conditioning last year. Reasonable prices, and they listened to our concerns. We had such a good experience with them, that we just called them out again to do general plumbing repairs while we prepare to sell our house. They're really personable, professional, and problem-focused. Overall they deliver a great customer service experience. We've seen a few other companies try to upsell, charge unnecessary fees, and even then not be willing to work with certain brands. This company doesn't do that.They'll take care of you.

Service was great and he explained to me what was done, showed pictures and serviced the unit as well. Called Costless Plumbing on a Monday afternoon and spoke with Martha, we expressed our concerns with our leaky and outdated shower handles. Martha sent out a few of their guys the next day (Tuesday) around lunchtime. Nathan the Comfort Advisor did an amazing job at communicating with us the next steps, their estimated time of arrival, and an accurate quote for our job. Overall super impressed with their amazing customer service, knowledgeable and timely techs, and the great job they did on our bathroom. It was definitely the upgrade we needed, delivered at an amazing price with kind service!
